I had my patio done by pro-loc two years ago they did and excellent job, so last year I had sidewalks and frontage interlocked as well by them. Very reliable and dependable company. I am writing the review today as couple of stones sunk from the last year project and all it took for me to send Paul an email and I did not even noticed when they came by and fixed the stones. I used Pro-Loc 3 years ago and have to say they have to be one of ( if not) the best interlock contractors in the GTA. I did not write a review when I first got the job done because EVERYONE will be happy with what looks better than what they had originally. I'm writing 3 years later because I'm still extremely happy with the job they did. They came back a year after to fix a minor problem ( don't know of any company that does that) and have had no sagging , dipping, loosening if any stones in 3 years. This is a true sign of a job well done. I was happy then and still recommend them to anyone looking for interlocking, Bill, Paul and Alex are really masters of their trade!!!! Thanks guys

The group is very professional and did an excellent job with digging deep and setting the stone. They were very receptive to adjustments and changes according to what I liked. The team even came back after 3 months to replace stones I noticed didn't look right. I highly recommend this company and their team!

Paul came to our house for the consultations. He was very enthusiastic to answer all our questions and gave us all options. He was not pushy. We had a delay but was rectified easily. The staff were very professional. They move quickly. When there a bit of a discrepancy or a problem, the office was called right away and resolved an issue right away. The weather was beginning to be of a concern but was overcame by good scheduling. The project was done according to plan. It was impressive! Thanks Pro-Loc, it was one of our best investments! Three cheers!!!

We finally got around to replacing badly aged and crumbling ~30yr old concrete walkway and retaining wall in our front yard, and went with Pro-Loc to do the work. I've attached some before-and-after shots of the work. The work was done quickly and professionally, both the tear-down of the old and the install of the new. (We also had them re-sod the lawn - given the size of the space there was no real way the work could have been done without it getting pretty beat-up). Everything was done quickly, professionally, and beautifully. Between the tear-down and the install, we had a tree removal company come in and remove a stump, and Pro-Loc worked with us to make that scheduling work. We're writing this review a year later (work was done in Oct '15) so that there'd be a complete year's weather, freeze-thaw and all, on which to judge the quality of the work. We've had several neighbours have similar work done that looked lovely at the time but quickly started to wear or shift. But the work is just as beautiful and solid now as it is in the pictures, and we're extremely pleased with it. And the people have been very helpful; just last week, a year after the work, we texted them to ask a question about care of the materials, and they responded right away. So we're very happy with the work and the support we've received.

Paul, Alex and the Crew were professional and very skilled at what they do. They also kept the site very clean at the end of each work day. We are happy with the workmanship and would highly recommend to anyone.

We needed repairs to broken tiles on our front steps and to replace our interlocking walkway. Paul was very knowledgeable and gave us some good ideas and a very reasonable quote. The stone products he provided were of high quality. They were busy so we had to wait several weeks for the job but it was still done at around the planned date and the job was done exactly as planned, with no extra costs. The workers were professional and did an excellent job. The final product looked amazing and we're very happy with it. I have no problem recommending them and may call on them again in the future.

Last October, we had Pro-Loc do what we considered a major task for us - replacing our driveway, front walk, front steps and sidewalks on both sides of our house, plus a new patio across the back. However, we waited to post this review until landscaping was done this year, the better to show their work in our photos. 

Paul was great to work with and his job estimate was the best we received. We especially appreciated the fact that he worked with what we wanted. Paul listened! His crew were pleasant, very hard-working, and meticulous. We are very pleased with the results, not only because of the vast improvement on our old driveway, steps, and walkways, but because of how greatly the appearance of our home has been enhanced and most especially, the comfort. It’s lovely now to walk around our house on perfectly level and attractive surfaces. They raised the level of our front walk just enough to enable steps with heights that are extremely easy and comfortable to climb. Everyone who visits is immediately surprised as they climb them and comment right away on that fact, along with the beauty of all the rest of their work.

 We only had one concern which has nothing to do with their worth ethic nor their expertise. When cutting stone, which raises a lot of stone dust, none of the men wore protective masks or glasses. It certainly didn’t affect their workmanship nor their expertise and is in no way meant as a criticism. It just concerned us in regard to their health. If you need this kind of work done, we highly recommend them!

From start to finish, Paul, Alex, Bill and the team were great. Paul came out several times to help us with the design and provided written estimates. Work started a bit later than anticipated, but Paul was proactive communicating and managing my expectations. Alex and Bill got everything done in short order, accommodating several requests from my wife and I along the way. The crew showed up when they said they would, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Post job customer service is also great, we had them come back to tweak a couple of minor things. Fair price, great workmanship, and communication. That's the reason they keep getting such high ratings.
