Great customer service from start to finish. We saw other reviews and decided to call. Paul was very professional and made suggestions to help with the project and to fit our budget . He provided a very competitive quote and was right on time for the project. All the crews members were very professional and explained the process from start to finish. We are so happy with the great job just completed by Pro-Loc Interlocking. Nothing but great service and product each step of the way. Our project started small then we decided to do the whole drive with pavers and the porch with flagstone. Paul was great - timely replies, scheduling, great recommendations and took the time to listen/advise on our never-ending questions! The crew was great and completed the work efficiently, cleaning up with no mess at all left behind. We would highly recommend.

Pro-Loc Interlocking and Landscape Design is a team of exceptional landscapers! Its work, exquisite in artistry and completed to perfection; each crew, from sales personnel through to demolition and stone masons, clearly masters of their own domain. My front yard and porch have been so totally transformed that a never-ending stream of admirers come seeking details of this company. And I am only too happy to oblige!

Our experience with Pro-Loc has been extremely positive. We have a project which includes the driveway, the front porch, the frontyard (pillars and low wall), a backyard patio, a 10'x8' shed foundation, and new sod. I drew up some scketches at the end of 2016 and contacted multiple companies for quotes. Some companies just came over, looked at the sketches, and gave a rough quote on exactly what I drew. Paul from Pro-Loc did way more than that. Throughout the process he listened to our ideas and gave lots of valuable feedback on what makes sense and what doesn't. There were so many decisions I was uncertain at the time, that in retrospect I think Paul's suggestions make perfect sense. I wish I listened to him even more. (If you're about to meet Paul personally, make sure to treat it as a consultation session rather than just a free estimate.) On top of that, Paul responds to email and phone calls very quickly and very professionally. In the end, we picked Pro-Loc because of Paul's professionalism and also because their price is about right for the quality and detail they offer. The installation team has also been great to us. They are very detail-oriented and take great pride of their work. They don't hesitate to ask me questions when there are things they're unsure about. Like the others say, they keep the job site clean and tidy at the end of each day, something that my neighbours really appreciate. In the end, everything turned out great. Months later when I emailed Paul for a minor touch-up request, Paul responded and sent someone over within a week. Absolutely top-notch customer service. I had my patio done by pro-loc two years ago they did and excellent job, so last year I had sidewalks and frontage interlocked as well by them. Very reliable and dependable company. I am writing the review today as couple of stones sunk from the last year project and all it took for me to send Paul an email and I did not even noticed when they came by and fixed the stones. I used Pro-Loc 3 years ago and have to say they have to be one of ( if not) the best interlock contractors in the GTA. I did not write a review when I first got the job done because EVERYONE will be happy with what looks better than what they had originally. I'm writing 3 years later because I'm still extremely happy with the job they did. They came back a year after to fix a minor problem ( don't know of any company that does that) and have had no sagging , dipping, loosening if any stones in 3 years. This is a true sign of a job well done. I was happy then and still recommend them to anyone looking for interlocking, Bill, Paul and Alex are really masters of their trade!!!! Thanks guys

The group is very professional and did an excellent job with digging deep and setting the stone. They were very receptive to adjustments and changes according to what I liked. The team even came back after 3 months to replace stones I noticed didn't look right. I highly recommend this company and their team!

Paul came to our house for the consultations. He was very enthusiastic to answer all our questions and gave us all options. He was not pushy. We had a delay but was rectified easily. The staff were very professional. They move quickly. When there a bit of a discrepancy or a problem, the office was called right away and resolved an issue right away. The weather was beginning to be of a concern but was overcame by good scheduling. The project was done according to plan. It was impressive! Thanks Pro-Loc, it was one of our best investments! Three cheers!!!

We finally got around to replacing badly aged and crumbling ~30yr old concrete walkway and retaining wall in our front yard, and went with Pro-Loc to do the work. I've attached some before-and-after shots of the work. The work was done quickly and professionally, both the tear-down of the old and the install of the new. (We also had them re-sod the lawn - given the size of the space there was no real way the work could have been done without it getting pretty beat-up). Everything was done quickly, professionally, and beautifully. Between the tear-down and the install, we had a tree removal company come in and remove a stump, and Pro-Loc worked with us to make that scheduling work. We're writing this review a year later (work was done in Oct '15) so that there'd be a complete year's weather, freeze-thaw and all, on which to judge the quality of the work. We've had several neighbours have similar work done that looked lovely at the time but quickly started to wear or shift. But the work is just as beautiful and solid now as it is in the pictures, and we're extremely pleased with it. And the people have been very helpful; just last week, a year after the work, we texted them to ask a question about care of the materials, and they responded right away. So we're very happy with the work and the support we've received.
