Sprang a leak in a flat portion of my roof in the middle of this icy, cold winter. Alex was recommended by a neighbour, was here within hours and patched it up till we got the insurance stuff solved. He then repaired it really solid- all in the middle of the coldest winter on record! And all for very reasonable price. You not only get top quality work from him, but also great customer service, right attitude and punctuality! Great package!

Alex is an amazing guy who showed up un a moments notice to review a roofing problem The roof was only 7 years old and I found out was poorly installed. I didn't expect Alex to show up the same morning and immediately repair what was needed! I had budgeted for $500, he charged far less than that and the job was excellently repaired the same day. I contacted about 5 roofers to get quotes on timing and pricing for my roof. Only 1 called me back within a few hours, Reliable Roofers! 3 never got back to me at all and one did, 2 days later. The owner of Reliable Roofing (Alex) came to meet with me the following day and spent over 1/2 hour examining my roof and then discussing my options. He was very clear and concise as to what he felt was necessary and then how he would facilitate it. We then discussed timing at which point he said he could begin within one week. Five days later, he called to confirm the day and time. Like clockwork, at 9:00 am, there was a crew of 5-6 people at my door ready to begin work. I check on them and they gave me updates periodically. They found a few issues and after explaining, proceeded to go buy the necessary items and repaired where need be...at NO extra charge! At 7:00 p.m. on the same day, they had fully completed the job AND removed and cleaned up all the debris from my property. Alex showed and explained everything they had done to me and agreed to follow up with me in a week to see if everything was ok. I had a leak in the skylight and after getting 3 estimates I choose Reliable to do the job for me. They put the better quality shingles that I had asked for because before I had the cheaper ones that got lifted by strong winds.

The crew and workmanship shown in their work is impeccable. I highly recommend this company. My neighbors have already booked their appointments to have their roofs redone. Excellent work guys.

The developer we bought our house from must of put the cheapest possible shingles because months after moving in we noticed that an area of our roof was missing shingles. Another area started looking mouldy. It was a disaster and ugly looking. We were told that this was not covered by warranty, so instead of repairing these cheap shingles we just decided to replace them. Reliable Roofers were recommended by a friend and unfortunately we had to wait a bit because we were told that they dont service our area and were only doing it because of the referral. So thanks for coming the extra mile and all the stress this roof gave us is gone.

I would hire the same company if I ever had to do it over again. Very professional polite company to deal with. The manger was patient and helpful when I was choosing colour and style.

I was really getting tired of no shows and late responses from contractors. Alex from Reliable Roofers showed up on time for a free estimate. This was a good start. We agreed on a price that was a bit higher than I hoped for, but I liked his commitment to quality and he assured me that I would be getting lifetime shingles. For now everything is great, if these don't last a lifetime Alex will be hearing from me. Thanks.

Our shingles started curling up and it was starting to look bad. We were planning on replacing them next spring, but when we noticed a house down the street having their roof done we called the number off the sign. Alex told us that he would give us a discount because they were already in the neighborhood so we said sure. We saved some money and got new shingles. The guys were great and the roof looks terrific.
