Re-sloped my eavestrough so it now drains property when it rains. Did the work quickly, and now there is no more pooling water. Also replaced a shingle that blew off. Will hire again if I have future roof issues.

Alex and his crew are very nice. Great work attention to deatail. I've used them twice now both times he was to the point and more important honest. I referered them to a friend last year also great work. I recomend them 1000%  That's why they call them selves reliable roofers. 

I have been a customer of reliable roofers for many years and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and trustworthy company that provides experienced, quality service. I have used them to replace my roof, eaves and fascia as well as to install gutter guards. They have repaired my mother's roof and replaced my sister-in-law's flat roof as well as replaced roofs for friends. Everyone who has used their services has always been very happy with the work they do. Alex and his team are professional, friendly and as their name states, reliable. Alex goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and stands by his company's work 100%.

Alex and his crew were on my street about 5 years ago and at the time I felt my roof was still good. I was calling them 6 months later. The guys came out and did a fantastic job. A year later they were back to install gutters. Another fantastic job and I would recommend the gutter guards to anyone who hates having to clean gutters. Then 2 years ago a raccoon decided to rip up the corner of my roof. I called Alex and he came the next day and put sheet metal under the shingles and replaced the shingles that the raccoon had ripped up. Then earlier this year a raccoon tried to get into another part of my roof. Once again I called Alex and he came over and fixed the problem. This year my neighbours son was on a ladder and he noticed that squirrels were trying to get in at the side of my house. Alex came again and fixed the problem. Reliable re-shingled half of my roof 2 years ago. This year, my skylight developed a leak. After getting a quote from one company (who insisted I needed a new skylight), I called Reliable. Alex came the next day and gave me a very fair quote on repairing it - less than 10% of the quote to replace it. It was done 5 days later. So, I hired them on the spot to replace the rest of my shingles. Less than 2 weeks later - job done. Crew cleaned up thoroughly after. Very satisfied. These guys are friendly, service oriented and professional.

I recently hired Reliable Roofing to replace the shingles of my semidetached house. Dan is very patient and polite in answering all my questions and explaining the pros and cons of the options. I also talk to Alex few times. The experience with Dan has been very pleasant from pricing to finish of the work. Their price is very competitive. His team was very polite and well mannered. They took care of my properties and cleaned up the areas very thoroughly afterwards. If you only look at the ground, you will not notice that the roof of my house has just been replaced. They started in the morning and finished the work, without break, late afternoon in one day. Team leader was very professional and answering all my questions, I went on the roof with them also for some time and they took very good care of me during that period. I wonder why there were some negative comments before, however my experience with Reliable Roofing specially with Dan and also with Alex was very positive. I would recommend them for sure.

If I could give more than 10 stars here, I would. Alex at Reliable Roofers basically rescued me from a disaster. After hiring a different company to do my roof, they did a bait-and-switch in the middle of the job, essentially saying that the job was going to cost 3x what I had originally been quoted. I called Reliable roofers to get their opinion, and spoke with Alex. After seeing photos, he offered to come to the site to have a look. He did NOT try to sell himself for the job, and basically told me what needed to actually be done, and even agreed to help advocate on my behalf for what was clearly a job gone wrong. He came to the site several times, without charging me, as he was also disappointed that an unscrupulous company was trying to take advantage. After all, most people don't know anything about their roofs, and certainly don't know how to check on the work. Eventually, I ended up letting go of the other company, and had Alex repair and finish the job that was being done. He took care of the switch, and even helped me negotiate with the previous roofer. I want to reiterate that Alex was not trying to get this job, he simply wanted to help. His crew was timely, friendly, informed, hard-working... and Alex was also on site to supervise. Alex went out of his way to help a stranger when there was no benefit to him, and was extremely honest about what work needed to be done. His prices were also very reasonable. I will highly recommend Alex and Reliable Roofers to any friends and family alike.

I have been meaning to write this review and now that it is coming up to the 1 year anniversary of the tornado I decided it was time to do it. I used HomeStars at the beginning of May 2022 to find Reliable Roofs for a roof that needed repair, Alex called made an appointment for the next day and gave me the quote the following day. 1 week past and I had made no decision on the project but I had to call Alex again. This time it was for a different roof; shingles from my mother's roof were ripped off during a tornado and water was pouring into the house. I didn't know what to do, but the first person I thought of was Alex. I called to ask if he did work north of the city, he said yes and would be there the next day. True to his word someone was at my mother's house first thing the next day, even though it was difficult to navigate the streets due to downed trees and power lines. The trait that I most appreciated from Alex was his ability to make me feel calm and that everything would be taken care of. When you don't know what to do about a big problem you need someone who does know what to do...... that is Alex. When it was time to get the roof done, the only person I would hire was Reliable Roofers. The tornado removed shingles on 1 side of the house but I figured it was time to get the whole roof done and the chimney removed too. If you need someone reliable, trustworthy and excellent at what they do Reliable Roofers and Alex are the only company you should call. Thank you Alex.
