    I'm very happy with how this turned out.

    Our furnace died in November on the same day we replaced every window in the house. We called RHE and Greg was here the same day to quote on a replacement.He had answers for every question I had and there were a lot. He called during the installation to make sure I was happy with the progress, and I was. The installers were quick, clean and surprisingly quiet given all the concrete drilling and tin snipping. The work they did with the electrical and the piping for the humidifier and condensate pump was an outstanding upgrade over what we had previously - it was extremely tidy and looks like it will be much easier to work with. Everything has been working well since the install. The entire process definitely inspired confidence. The install included: Lennox EL296UH070XV36B Lennox HCWP3-18 Power Humidifier Wifi Thermostat A new exhaust through our foundation wall - WOMO Certified Review

    Thoroughly impressed!

    John Chapin came to our home in the morning before I had to go to work and was getting two small children ready for school. He was so friendly, conscious of my time, knowledgeable about the products and process, amazing at outlining all my options in a very understandable way and was understanding of budget and timelines. I was thoroughly impressed. A really great experience. The install was fast and the guys who were onsite were also friendly and knowledgeable. They have also been great following up and making sure I know how to use my new thermostat. In fact, they are sending someone on my day off to come to my house and give me a tutorial. Ha! Talk about customer service. Anyways, if you weren't sure before, I hope this has pushed you to selecting Reliable!

    AC INSTALL

    I received quotes from 4 other companies before choosing Reliable. Whats sold me was Greg, their sales guy, he was honest, straight-forward, and gave appropriate options. There was a hick-up during install but their senior tech was able to rectify the issue. For these reasons I would absolutely recommend Reliable.

    Furnace and Air Conditioner Installation

    Our experience with the Reliable team (John, Derek, Chris, Ollie) was a very positive one from start to finish. They were flexible and willing to do the installation on a Saturday. They were professional, very respectful and did a great job. All the guys are very engaging, personable and effective communicators. They provided thorough instructions and answers to our questions. Will certainly recommend Reliable and the team to others. Great Job!!

    Furnace

    Annual maintenance/cleaning check for 14 year old furnace showed an inch and a half crack....furnace was red tagged. Two quotes and less than than 2 weeks later Reliable staff put in a new Lennox furnace. The previous one roared every time it kicked in..this was purrs like a kitten...a pleasure. Derek and Olli and staff were fantastic. Runners placed, furnace removed and new one installed. Cleaned up and received instructions...hope I remember them all. If not the company is a phone call/e-mail away. Well recommended!

    Great Customer Service From Start to Finish!

    I recently purchased a new air conditioner unit from Reliable Home Environment, and the experience was top notch. From the initial sales discussion with Evan and the two corresponding quotes, to the final installation, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, knowledge, and customer service I received. Nobody likes forking over thousands of dollars for a new air conditioner unit or furnace, but the boys from Reliable made the experience as simple and pain-free as possible. Whenever I need a service tune-up, or a new furnace in the future, they've earned my business as a repeat customer.

    ac installation

    Done professionally. Area prepped and cleaned. All questions answered / follow ups. Completed. Instructions straight forward

    Great Service!

    My AC was blowing warm air through the vents. A friend recommended that I give Reliable Home Environment a call. I called at about 11am...they said they could have someone there at 1230! Unfortunately, I was at work so that wouldn't work. But they scheduled me in for 4pm. Jordan, the technician, gave me a call at 330pm saying he was about 10 minutes out. He got here at 340, diagnosed the issue, replaced it, and tested it. All while answering all my questions and giving me tips on how to get the most out of the AC unit. He was on his way and my sauna of a house was cooling by 4:05pm. Great and efficient work, and both the lady i spoke to on the phone to book the appointment, and Jordan were a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use Reliable Home Environment again.

    Wonderful Company

    We searched a couple companies before we called Reliable. Got to say - Reliable spent 2 hours here looking at my home to be sure I purchased the right furnace. It was wonderful to have such service! The other companies were here for 10 minutes and just matched the old furnace BTU (which actually was WRONG for my home). Install was smooth and I felt taken care of. Even gave us a military discount. They told us how to claim our rebate and even did it for us. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They are my go to for my HVAC and I will be calling them soon to replace my water tank and second furnace. Thank you!
