    Furnace and air conditioner

    When we discovered that we needed to replace our furnace and air conditioner, I researched on HomeStars and decided that Reliable was the best company for the job. The Reliable team (Chris, Ollie, Jordan, and Derek) that arrived was enthusiatic, professional, very respectful and did a great job. They not only were efficient and effective but went out of their way to ask if we had any questions and always put our minds at ease. All told a great experience!

    Air conditioner replacement

    The service was exceptional. The installation was clean and well done. I would call them first if i ever need furnace work! The installers were professional and very courteous and knew what they were doing.

    Furnace and A/C Replacement

    This was a very positive experience right from the get go; from our dealings with Shayne, the sales representative, the installers, Glen and John, who arrived on time in the a.m. and remained late on site until the work was done. A very hard working, professional team. The Dupuis'

    Central Air Conditioning installation

    The technicians were very quick and efficient. They removed the old a/c unit and installed my new a/c, including any changes that needed doing involving duct work and other items.

    Furnace/AC replacement

    We had Reliable replace our old system with a new Lennox. Derek and Jordan (installers) arrived on time and worked straight through completing in about 6 hrs. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Informed me of what they doing and with the operation and care of the unit. Cleaned work space and can hardly tell they were here. They know their stuff. Overall very impressive. Dale S.

    Furnace and AC install

    Our 30+ year old furnace and water cooled AC was overdue for an upgrade. After receiving quotes from 2 other larger furnace companies I chose Reliable. I was very happy to support a locally owned and operated company. Greg their sales rep was knowledgable personable and friendly and gave us a comparable quote, navigating us through the available rebates offered. Derek and Jordan the installation technicians did an amazing job. They were pleasant, polite and did a thorough job answering any questions I had during the installation. They maintained a clean work space, removing the old equipment and refitting the new install. We were extremely pleased with the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Reliable. Job well done guys!

    Great service and price.

    After many quotes from other companies I decided to purchase a new furnace from John at Reliable. Best decision ever! Very fair price with an amazing furnace, very clean and professional installation and friendly employees. It has been 10 months now since the installation and it works great! Very efficient and quiet. Went with a Lennox. They also handled all the paperwork for the rebates involved. Highly recommend this company!

    Great Products, Even Better Service

    Reliable gave me terrific service when I was deciding on a new Air Conditioner and Furnace. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy. The service team arrived on time, put down their own rugs, and did a terrific job while keeping my basement and driveway clean and neat. Before leaving, they then showed me all the various features of Thermastat (humidity and temperture control, changes whether we are home or not, etc.) and helped me set up all of the defaults. John in sales, and Taylor and Derek did a terrific job. So happy to have switched to Reliable Home Environment.

    Air conditioning tune up

    I purchased my furnance from Reliable a couple of years ago and can't say enough about Reliable Home Environment. John, the owner has hired the best employees who obviously love working for him. Every maintenance person that has serviced my furnance or air conditioner has been professional, friendly, polite and incredibly knowledgeable. This year Vince tuned up my air conditioner and like all the employees at Reliable he was friendly, enthusiastic and did an excellent job. Highly recommend Reliable Home Environment!

    Duct Cleaning

    In November 2016 I had a new furnace and A/C installed by Reliable Home Environment. As part of the package duct cleaning was included but as their truck was "not ready of Prime Time" I had to wait until today to have this done. I was initially disappointed at the delay but it was worth the wait as Derek and his partner were excellent. They did a very good job. Both the guys are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and tidy. I highly recommend them and the others who installed my furnace and A/C last fall. Derek explained what they were going to do and exactly what would be involved in the job. Well done!
