    Fireplace & Furnace

    I found Jafar on HomeStars, based on the reviews he received - and he truly lives up to his 10-star rating!! He went above and beyond to help us with our fireplace - even going to the Home Show to ask for advice. Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday and he came over that night to check it out. Jafar, thank you!!

    Furnace service and duct cleaning

    Jafar said he would be at my house at 9 o clock Saturday morning and he was, after a snowfall. He said the job would be three hours and it was four and a half because he ran into some extra dirty ducts,. Price was as originally quoted and I felt he was really honest and professional. He did checks on the furnace that I was impressed with such as the temperature differential between the return and heated air plenums and the gas consumption at the meter. Honest hard working guy. I would recommend him and his company.

    heater Boiler repair

    Heater broken last night and had to sleep in the cold. Called BestWay Heating in the morning and have someone came in around 1pm. Changed thermocouple and replace the gas control valve and the heater is now working. The technician also provided a check up on the boilder and cleaned the burners. We received useful suggestions and safety tips were told some of the parts are too old and or broken and should be replaced in the future for safety reasons. Over all great experience, comfortable to talk to and the technician is knowledge. Would recommend to friends or call back for other services when needed.

    Furnace and Fireplace

    This is my second review for Best Way...and I cannot recommend them (and Jafar!) highly enough. My furnace went out and Jafar fit me in to an already overbooked schedule by coming over on his own time to fix it for me. As with my other experience, Jafar was honest, efficient, and fixed only what needed to be fixed. I would recommend him for ANY job. I will only use Jafar's company in the future.

    furnace service

    This is my second review for Best Way Heating and Jafar and team. A truly amazing experience! Jafar went WAY beyond a normal service appointment. He basically took the entire furnace apart and cleaned everything, he must have removed a pound of dust from the blower fan and fixed an odd problem with the induction fan. The name says it all, these guys are the BEST WAY to get your heating appliances serviced.

    Fireplace Service

    Jafar went above and beyond for me. He could easily have upsold me unnecessarily, but he did not. He is honest and reliable. I would recommend him without hesitation! Thank you, Jafar!

    Fireplace glass replacement

    If you are looking for best service, best price and best technician, go with Best Way Heating. Jafar is amazing. My kids broke the fireplace glass and Jafar not only sought the best solution and price for us, he also fixed our furnace pilot while placing a sticker on it. He is the BEST!!! (and he is humorous and extremely friendly and fast in responding)

    furnace servicing

    Jafar was honest and professional.We had him come out to service our furnace and fire place.He was straight forward and honest.we will refer him to iur friends and family.Wr had a loose wiring on our gas valve on the Furnace and he fixed it and didnt charge for it.

    repair hot water tank

    Jafar is amazing. I was very frustrated with 2 other companies. One company said I can't get the part and the other was a major retail chain and couldn't send a serviceman for 2 weeks.Really!! I found BestWay on Home Stars and he is the best. He was able to fix the part using his ingenuity, it was brilliant. He is an honest man, cleans up after himself and goes out of his way to make sure things will work. Punctual and will follow up with a phone call to make sure everything is working. I will definitely call him when it comes time to replace our hotwater tank.

    Heating/Cooling Replacement

    Jafar and team were outstanding. When examining the job Jafar detailed every aspect of the job more so than other estimators I had from 2 other companies. Even though Jafar was super detailed in his estimate he handled unexpected problems with a cool head and got the job done timely. Best Way Heating were honest, prompt and returned calls and questions even after the job was done. Thanks!
