    Duct cleaning

    Brenden did a great job on the duct work & A/c cleaning; also educated me on how it's done. I watch him how he did it and lots of dust was cleaned out. I'd recommend him to family and friends!

    Duct cleaning

    I just completed a renovation and needed my ducts cleaned. Steam Dry Canada had a fair price, arrived on time and did a great job. My tech Mike Ross knew his stuff. He explained what was going to happen, answered all of my questions and was very professional. I will definately use them again. Good job Mike!

    Carpet Cleaning

    Contacted Home Depot for the $89 plus tax special for two rooms and a hallway. Worker arrived at the end of the "service time window" but the work was done quickly and job met my expectations. It didn't get out all the "high traffic" stains but I didn't expect it to. 12 years of dirt can't be easy to remove. Satisfied and would use again. Dried by second day.

    Duct cleaning

    Hi We are very happy with the service that Mike had provided us with the on site service. Also very please with the sales lady who was at the Home Depot in Mississauga location at one of our visit. Very professional, great work ethic's, 0 dust in the house. We did this years ago with an other company who is advertising a low start up cost. End up with a very dusty house and it was keeping us from having someone do it again as we had lost trust. We had also discovered that they not only take away our trust but did only half a job they where paid to do. Mike, me and Joanne thank you for helping us getting our trust back. We feel that we had spent our hard earn money for an exchange for a great service. Well worth it. Somehow the house smells better this morning thanks to you! We are definitely looking forward to use SteamDryCanada again.

    Waist of money

    I only called this company as they promised to get out any stain possible. Well zero improvements were made on any of the stains in the house and on top of that I paid extra for the stairs only to have them come out looking worse then when they started as the cleaner didn't wear anything to protect his shoes from the rug and had a walking cast on that he dragged down the steps leaving more dirt behind. Believe me I'm a very empathetic person so to warn you in advance clearly states how horrible of a job they really did.

    carpet cleaning

    I hired this company to clean my carpets professional after we moved out of the house. My appointment was booked two weeks in advance, the day before, the assigned technician was hurt on the job and was not able to come as scheduled. We rescheduled with an alternate technician. This technician worked with the company part time, and even said that the one got hurt was the one of the best. He spent maybe 30 minutes on the two rooms and stairs. He asked "what did you do to this carpet" in the masterbedroom, and commented that the room "reeked" in smell (yes we had a dog, but in my opinion it did not reek) and upgraded us on a desaintizer. for the bottom step of the staircase, he asked "this carpet is shot, what did you do to it". I felt his comments and the way he asked them rude. I think there would have been better vocabulary to use. This experience turned me off for using a professional carpet cleaner. I felt what seemed like a good deal over the phone quote ended up being a bad experience customer wise, and our carpets were not cleaned to expectations from a professiona.

    carpet cleaning

    My husband & I contracted Steam Dry Canada, through Home Depot, to clean our carpets. Our job technician, Douglas, did an amazing job, even removing stains that we thought were permanent. Douglas arrived on time, was very professional and worked diligently for 2 hours. We were more than happy with the cost and consider it very reasonable. We've hired many professional carpet cleaners over 40 years and this is definitely the best service and cleaning that we've encountered. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steam Dry Canada and especially Douglas! We're so pleased with the carpets that we're planning on getting our furniture cleaned next - can't wait to see the results there!     Carpet cleaning

    I hired this company for my carpet cleaning but I am highly disappointed,my house carpet still not clean and stains still in the carpet and they ask for more money too I pay 280 $ for that but when I phone this company that time they give the quote for 170$ but later ask more money. The technician was very unprofessional,he come and complete all job in 20 minutes and he left and he damage my house wall paint too.I don't want to recommended this company.

    Area rug cleaning

    Steam Dry Canada solicits at Home Depot. Be aware! Took our 2600.00 cream coloured carpet and returned it mouldy and stained. We advised we were going out of town and they said not a problem they would make sure it was dry before storing. They returned it mouldy and it appears a mouse nest was started so a large amount of debris and wood pieces of dirt was in the rug when we opened it. The tech who took the rug back agreed there were no stains when it arrived for cleaning. The stains didn't come out and They said too bad. The rug isn't useable and we feel very ripped off. This company has no integrity and will not own their mistakes. We have audio conversations with the tech stating the stains were not there but fell on deaf ears. In my opinion consumers mean nothing to this company.

    Thank you for your review. As per our last discussion we are 100% positive the marks on your rug were not caused by our process. We cleaned not one but three of your area rugs you dropped off at the same time with the exact same process, they were allowed a 24 hour period to dry and were rolled up at the same time without stains or marks. We are also at a loss as to how the the markings ended up on you rug. A company without integrity would not respond beyond you picking up the rugs nor would they offer and perform additional cleanings at no cost, we responded to your complaints and made attempts to assist with the situation as we do with all customers.

    Furnace and ducts cleaning

    I hired Home Depot for furnace and duct cleaning, knowing they contact out the work, and this is the company they sent out, from their Edmonton operations. I am a contactor mysejf, so expect professional service. I can honestly dealing with Steam Dry has has been my most frustrating and disappointing service I have ever received from a service provider. A big lack of communication between Home Depot and Steam Dry, and the tech showed up unprepared to do the job. Tried calling their main call centre to resolve the issue and received nothing but unfriendly service and attitude from one of the customer service professionals (not really), named Melissa. I asked to speak to the manger and she told me that was not possible, and that she would only pass my information along and in the end hung up on me, and received no call from the manager. The tech finally came back later in the day, but tried to upsell us on services that were not apparently included in the cleaning, when they advertise not hidden costs. I can say there was a real lack of professionalism and customer service I received from, and would not recommend them or Home Depot for that matter.
