    carpet cleaning of rec. room, bedroom and small hallway

    The service tech came and went in less than 30 minutes. Got the carpet good and wet, as observed by two contractors who are doing reno's in my house. Charged my spouse more than the advertising indicated, even though area was less. Extremely dissatisfied. I want a full refund. Stains are still in carpet and it still has dampness three days later. Management did not reply yet, after numerous phone calls and e-mails. Horrible! Same happened to a friend. She was overcharged and the second cleaning was the same poor quality as the first .

    Whole house cleanin

    Called and was given an estimate for cleaning of $300. Was VERY specific to ask that's the "total cost with gst for my two story home"? And my bill was $400. House is empty and no hardwood on main level. Just basement and upstairs. Took the tech one hour to do. Terribly overpriced

    Furnace duct cleaning

    Contracted through Home Depot. The process was easy and it worked out well. Brad the technican came in a very big truck to clean my ducts an furnace. He called ahead of time to let me know ETA. No hidden fees and he did a good job in cleaning. We had a nice chat as well; very personable and he answered all my questions. They had good equipment to complete the job and it took 1.5hrs. Would recommend again.

    Duct (and Furnace) Cleaning

    I signed up for duct cleaning - and ended up getting the furnace blower cleaning and sanitizer treatment as well! Brad was amazing. Never once was he pushy in his sales. He simply stated what he could do, why it would be beneficial, and what the additional cost would be. I felt that I was able to make a decision without pressure, and asked more questions which Brad had no problem answering. There were no additional hidden charges with the duct cleaning service itself, and it included a free filter. He called ahead to let us know how far away he was, and throughout his visit, ensured that we knew what he was doing and why, and shared suggestions for regular maintenance moving forward. I will definitely be in contact when it's time to have my vents done again.

    Duct and Furnace Cleaning

    The service was performed by Brad, who did an excellent job with the cleaning of our ducts and furnace. He explained how it would be done and also gave maintenance tips. I would highly recommend Brad and this company. The quote price was fair and the work performed was excellent.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Best carpet cleaning ever. Both myself and my mom in seperate homes had Steam Dry Canada clean our carpets. Over the years we have used several other high profile companies but none as good as Steam Dry. None of them ever did as good a job and always needed a call back as stains would come up or an area did not turn out as well as it should but not this time, ALL the dirt is gone and they look and feel like new. Thank you Brad for a job well done.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Doug from Steam Dry Canada did a magnificent job cleaning our carpets and we were very impressed. He was polite and listened to our every request and did as we asked competently and to our complete satisfaction. We will definitely recommend Steam Dry Canada to our acquaintances.

    Furnace Cleaning + Carpet Cleaning

    Extremely professionnal servcie. They came in for Furnace cleaning first and let me tell you our furnace hasn't been cleaned in probably 7 years so it was VERY dirty. The guy that did the job was super nice and did a great job. Probably took him an hour and a half. 2 hours later, the other guy came in for carpet cleaning. Very professionnal as well. We also took something to sanitize the carpet for $60. It's actually HomeDepot who sent them in and from now on I will always go with them! I even gave their info to one of my colleague.

    Duct cleaning

    I used steam Dry services for duct cleaning and I must say that it was an awful experience. they sent an inexperience person and took almost 6 hours to clean the duct. He had trouble making two holes in the duct (it almost took 2 hours for him to just get the holes done). I had to take a day off from work and it almost cost me double the money I paid for the service. I paid for 20 vents and he only cleaned 15. I later found that some of the vents were still very dirty and were not cleaned because it was too late and he probably had some other appointment. I was really pissed and didn't really want to pay him. He felt sorry but that didn't help me because I still had to pay 300$ + day off from my work (which costed more than I paid for the service) .. I would never recommend Steam Dry duct cleaning services.

    Furnace Cleaning and Humidifier Replacement

    Jimmy was extremely helpful. We live in an older house and he did furnace cleaning and disinfecting for the first time. He also helped us with our complicated humidifier situation. He did an excellent job and we hope to work with him in th future.
