Rory has recently completed 2 outstanding bathroom renovations for us. One was a complete gut-job, down to the studs and sub floor and into the ceiling. The other was a less involved stall shower rebuild. We originally contacted him for the big job, but at the first meeting we were so impressed we asked him to quote on the other job as well. He is a true tradesman and craftsman from start to finish... great suggestions, detailed quotes, timely communication, very neat on the job and respectful of the house, and a perfectionist. Details that I had taken for granted, he knew to discuss and confirm BEFORE doing any questionable work. After several failed attempts to get quotes from other contractors, and a couple of outrageous estimates for inferior jobs, we were thrilled to discover Rory on HomeStars. We have already discussed future ideas with him and look forward to hiring him again when we are ready to do the work.

Rory has done an amazing job renovating a shower in our master washroom. He provided a very detailed quote, and the price was just right for the job. When initial project could not be completed due to the architectural structure of the shower, Rory has suggested an alternative project, which turned out to be even better than the original. Rory has excellent customer service skills and the highest level of workmanship. The job was done within agreed time limit and budget. By the end of the day, the working area was left neat and clean. As a professional, Rory was always courteous and helpful. We are very happy with our new shower! I highly recommend Rory, and will definitely use his services in the future.

Rory did an excellent job rebuilding our custom bathroom shower. He started the job on the agreed date and finished it within a week, as promised. He also made several suggestions that we had not thought of that greatly improved the look of our shower. We are so happy with the workmanship. Rory also has great customer service skills and is a pleasure to work with.

Thank you God for sending me Rory! At last I finally found a contractor who is capable of renovating a bathroom. I was dubious about hiring another contractor after two costly failed attempts. Back to square one, I took a chance on Rory to rescue me from my previous bathroom disasters. I was not disappointed, Rory delivered. He managed my bathroom renovation with absolute professionalism. We hired Rory to install a new shower and vanity countertop in our basement bathroom. I was immediately impressed with him because he arrived for our initial appointment on time to look at the project and provide us with a quote. Throughout this project, he was always courteous, professional and helpful. He also always responded quickly to any questions I had as the renovation progressed. From start to finish, this project took him just over a week to complete and it tuned out exactly as we discussed. Every day he left the area neat and clean. We are extremely pleased with the end result,and would definitely use Rory again. Highly recommended!

Not often, however, every now and than you find a contractor worthy of a review. That contractor is Rory Wilson. I stumbled upon Rory via a kitchen contractor who only used Rory to do tile work. Upon completion of my kitchen reno, I asked Rory to completely gut my bathroom. I think the pictures speak for themselves of his capable fine work and attention to detail. My bathroom wasn't overly large and I wanted a marble rain shower without a door. Without hesitation, a plan was sketched. Here's the finer print- Rory does exactly what he says he will do, show up and completely get the work done, on time as per drawings. I'm sure if you ever use Rory, you will be completely satisfied with your end product. He works well with original ideas and eager to accept any challenges during the reno process. I was referred to Complete Bathrooms by another satisfied customer. I live in a 100 year old 3 story detached house. I wanted to create a 1st floor powder room where only an under-stair closet existed, as well as expand a 3rd floor half-bath to include a stand-up shower. The quote for the work was very reasonable and accurate. The project was completed on time, and I was more than pleased with the end result in both areas. The process was very professional, and the house was very liveable during renovations. I hired Rory again to complete a much smaller repair job to the 2nd floor full bathroom shower stall, which he was more than happy to accommodate. I would not hesitate to recommend Complete Bathrooms to my friends and neighbours.

After 23 years we decided it was time to have our Ensuite and Master Bathrooms renovated, which included moving plumbing and electrical, and we wanted them done at the same time. We called Rory when we were looking for quotes based on a recommendation from a friend. His quote was very reasonable and more importantly, he came when he said he would and always answered our calls. He quoted us for the job as well as set out realistic timelines. We were very pleased with the workmanship and that he came in right on budget. Just as important was that he did not leave us hanging. He did not skip days to work on other jobs and he was always punctual. All in all, we were pleasantly surprised with how smoothly the project went and we were extremely happy with the final product. We have already recommended Rory to friends and we will be using him again in the Fall for the main floor powder room.

We would like to thank Rory for the wonderful work he did in renovating our 2 bathrooms. I was at costco roadshow and found 2 really nice bathroom cabinet fixtures. I should have found a contractor first , and didn't realize how hard it was to find someone to install and reno the rest of the of the bathrooms including tiling, painting etc. After almost 2 years of quotes, Rory was recommended by my husbands real estate agent. Rory was very professional and prompt from the first day. We were very happy with the quote and excited about the renovations. The bathroom renovations are everything we expected and we kept in budget. Items that needed to be added were not a problem or changes. We knew exactly what the quote was going to be and also the timeline in which it was going to be completed. I would highly recommend Rory and would not hesitate to recommend or use him again. I have had Rory Wilson do 2 shower stalls to replace the angle shower stalls that were in place. The new fully tiled showers are beautiful. They are simple, spacious. It cleared up the leak and mould problem. Each shower was done in a week. Rory came on time everyday and did the work leaving the site clean each evening and eveything was clear on completion. I was on vacation and we selected tile etc. by i-phone. He rectified problems with the plumbing and the walls. These showers will make renting these units easier.
