Tiles R Us reviews (135)

Owen did an awesome job, very thorough work in re-grouting the standing shower. It's like brand new!

Cleaning products, scrub brush and low grease couldn't get rid of Thor mess! We needed a professional and we got one! Awesome work Owen. Thank you!

Owen is a MAGICIAN. We are so happy with the professional level of service and workmanship that Tiles R Us provided us with! We needed re-grouting and re-caulking for our shower and we were blown away. Owen went above and beyond and worked tirelessly to transform our old and mould-ridden shower into something that was sparkling new! Would recommend 100%!

My tiles in my master bathroom were a collossal mess and i didnt know what to do about it. Owen and his colleague came in, assessed the work and gave me honest feedback on what to do. They were professional, prompt, and I highly recommend them for your needs. They are definitely not the cheapest, but I have absolute peace of mind that the work was done right.

After getting in touch with a few vendors on HomeStars, we selected 'Tiles R Us' because of the solid reviews AND because their quote gave us a range of services available, and the range of rates. We felt that we really had a sense of what could be done and what we were going to have to pay once the vendor was onsite. Owen from 'Tiles r Us' did a great job turning what looked like an old glass and tile stand-in shower into something new! Years of abuse from the previous owners and us too had it looking really sad, i was even embarrased about letting anyone see it - no mater how much i scrubbed, i couldn't get it looking acceptable! After only 4 hours of Owen working on it, it was unrecognizable! Im thrilled we avoided a massive reno (which i though was my only option at this point!) by hiring 'Tiles R Us'. I have already passed their contact information onto others, I strongly encourage you to select 'Tiles R Us' to refresh the tiles, grout and caulking in an older shower, you won't recognize the place!

Excellent work. High-quality workmanship and professional. Did extra work as well for no extra charge.

Removed mold from the shower and regrouted some areas of the shower. The job was done very well.

What a difference ! Job well done and as promised. I’d call again for this type of work.

Excellent job! The bathroom looks almost new. Owen did fantastic work. We will use his services again!

Very pleased with the removal of build up of soap scum, hard water stains and mildew/mould. Job done exactly as described and price quoted. Cost was $599 + HST.
