    Responsive. Timely. Accurate

    I found Chris on Yelp, where he was highly rated. The rating did not let me down. When I called Chris an short notice, he responded immediately and accommodated my needs. I was onsite while he did his inspection. When ready he provided me with full, user-friendly info on deficiencies and explained how things in the unit worked. He knows his stuff. I have more work coming up for Chris and would not hesitate using him again and recommending him to others.

    Superior home inspection!!

    I'm a first-time home buyer and Chris was friendly and excellent in showing us what to look for and what needs to be working at a property. He was really detail orientated and provided a thorough easy-to-read inspection report on all his findings. Glad we found out the radiant floor heating wasn't working and that it had to be fixed by the seller. Will definitely recommend his service to anyone!

    Home Inspection

    Chris was very knowledgeable and thorough and was able to help us out with two inspections on quite short notice. He picked up on several issues that we would never have noticed ourselves.

    Home inspection

    Chris is a great home inspector! He was very friendly, punctual, knowledgeable, and thorough. The report we received was detailed and super helpful. We would use Chris again and would recommend him highly!

    House Inspection

    Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable with his home inspection. It was our first home purchase so we relied on his expert advice. He provided us with a detailed summary of his inspection and was very thorough. I would definitely use Chris's services for any future home inspections.

    Chris from Haystack Home Inspections is the best! He is very professional and pleasant to work with. He is quick in generating reports and very patient in answering questions, even questions beyond the scope of his services. Chris is a very good resource for home inspections.     Home Inspection

    I would highly recommend Chris for anyone looking for a home inspection. I required a home inspection right away so I called Chris and he was able work with the time frame I gave him. He was very professional and took his time with any questions that I had. I can't thank him enough! Thanks again Chris!

    Home Inspection Done Right

    Chris did a couple home inspections for us over the last year. He was extremely thorough and straight to the points, which we appreciate. His reports were extremely clear (with photos) and that helped us make a really informed decision on what to do next. Not only did his inspection help us in a purchasing decision but it also gave us a great plan for what we needed to fix in the years to come. He had many great tricks up his sleeve to find things about the house that we never receive from any other inspections in the past. On top of being really great at what he does, he seems like a great guy. We will absolutely be using him again in the future and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

    Property Inspection

    Great home inspection, very thorough and professional. Helped me make the right decision regarding purchasing a property. I would highly recommend their services as purchasing a property is an expensive venture and it was great to have a professional opinion.

    Yay for Chris!

    We were lucky enough to find Chris through a referral and am I ever glad we did - he's super smart, extremely professional and a genuine pleasure to work with. Even though hunting for a house in Vancouver wasn't always a pleasant experience (battling hundreds of competing offers, limited inventory to choose from, etc.) working with Chris was. He made us feel like we had a superhero on our side and in situations where we needed to go in subject free we always felt like he had our backs. He wasn't afraid to give us straight up honest feedback even if it wasn't what we wanted to hear (no one wants to find out the house they're really excited about has asbestos, leaks, etc.) and in one circumstance his knowledge and expertise saved us what could have potentially been hundreds of thousands of dollars had he not been with us. We were lucky that the right house finally found us and was given the thumbs up from him. If you are in the market for a home, Chris is your guy. I can't say enough good things about him and even though I never want to go through the ordeal of house hunting again, if we ever do he will be the first person I call !
