    Home Inspection

    I just wanted to take a moment to write this review in appreciation to Chris for our home inspection. Our realtor had recommend Chris and with short notice we wanted to have an experienced inspector view our 10 year old potential home asap! Without delay he had contacted us and we had a date setup which made the process very comforting. It has been nearly one year now living in our home and I still remember arriving to the inspection with Chris already on the roof wind, rain and all!! It was great walking through the home and property with Chris pointing out the smallest thing i would have never thought of, then within a day or two receiving his full detailed report with photos. Thank you Chris and hope you have a great 2016!!!

    Very thorough home inspection with a verbose report

    Chris did a very thorough home inspection on our home in Kits. He spent about 4 hours for a 1100 SqFt detached coach home. He started with an inspection of the exterior which included even the walkway, stairs and porch :-) Inside the home he tested everything; electrical including the panel, heating (he used an infrared thermometer to note start temp and how much temp went up in 15 min intervals). He heated water in the microwave and took the panel covers off everything including the gas fire place. Chris was able to detect a leaky hot water tank and a small leak in the elbow of the HE Boiler pressure release drain. The seller promptly fixed these based on the report and the pics. I highly recommend you hire Chris for you next home purchase! The report uncovered a small leak in the HE Boiler pressure release pipe elbow which was pr

    Inspection

    Wonderfully complete and thorough inspection. Charming inspector who visited our perspective home on a Sunday morning on very short notice. His written report was fast clear and lucid. Would highly recommend.

    Home Inspection

    After seeing and hearing the fantastic job Chris Thompson has done at my brother's new house, I knew he was the guy I was looking for. He was friendly, good natured and patient. He was also very thorough, knowledgeable and detailed. The inspection report was very detailed and included a lot of colorful photos and information. We would highly recommend Chris for anyone who needs a good and trustworthy Home Inspector.

    New Townhouse Deficiency Review

    Our realtor, who actually used to be a neighbour to Chris, recommended his services. We were in a rush and Chris made time to see us the next Saturday. He was prompt and friendly and helped us prioritize the deficiencies (remember we were in a time crunch). He was up front with what the developers would likely shrug off or push back and he was bang on. Report came that night. Thanks Chris.

    Home Inspection

    Recently bought a condo in Downtown Vancouver and had Chris as my home inspector. My entire experience from my initial contact with Chris to the home inspection was nothing but perfect. He took the time to inspect the entire building and all of its contents and then did a thorough inspection of the unit. He was very knowledgeable and had recommendations and instructions on how to fix every problem found. His extensive report was very easy to understand, it also included great, clear pictures. I would strongly recommend him to anyone I know. Thank you Chris for all your help.

    Townhouse Home Inspection

    Chris was very detailed in his inspection. He came early to the site and had already started when I arrived. His inspection report was also emailed the same day. He found a few issues in the house that that I then used to negotiate with the seller. I am living in that place now and am very happy with it. I highly recommend Chris as an inspector.

    Home Inspection

    it was a fantastic experience having Chris inspect our home. With his through inspection we have had zero surprises. I would recommend Chris in a heartbeat for any first time home buyers

    Apartment Inspection

    Chris was a fantastic guy. Very polite and easy to work with. He did a great job on the inspection and provided a very detailed report. I will definitely use his services again when I purchase my next residence.

    Thorough and honest inspection!

    Chris was awesome. He was thorough and accommodating to our short notice request. He came in and gave us a super clear and informative breakdown of all of the elements of the inspection. We have used Chris a few times and would use him again in a heartbeat. Thanks Chris!
