    Home Inspection

    Chris was courteous, professional, friendly, and came across as one of unwavering integrity. He helped me above and beyond his contractual obligations, concerning himself more with saving me time, trouble, and money than with his personal gain. At the end of the day, his services saved me far more than the cost of his fees. Totally worth it.

    Home Inspection

    I am a general contractor that stumbled on his report in a project I was on. I had read Chris's report for a client of mine and thought it was very detailed and thorough. I suggested to my other clients to use Chris as a home inspector as well. I recently had also used him for my own investment property as a second set of eyes. I trust his judgement, detail and expertise. I highly recommend him to all my clients.

    home inspection

    Chris came for a day to do my newly bought home inspection. He was very detailed and professional in his job. All my questions was explained to me in details. I appreciated his patience and attentativeness. A very trustworthy and helpful inspector. Thank you.

    home inspection

    Chris was very professional, thorough and great to work with. He provided an in depth report and answered all of our questions. He inspected a condo for us and went from the roof to the basement checking everything out.

    Home Inspection

    I was extremely pleased with the inspection of our new condo. The inspection and report were thorough and provided me with the information I needed not only to make an informed decision, but to understand what might be needed in the coming years. I recommend Haystack Home Inspections without hesitation and will utilize their services again, should the need arise

    Home inspection

    Chris Thompson from Haystack home inspections was very friendly and went above and beyond. He was extremely knowlegable and thoroughly addressed any concerns I had promptly. I would definitely recommend Chris to family, friends and would use his services in the future.

    Home Inspection

    Chris was an exceptionally thorough and meticulous inspector with a friendly demeanor and infinite amounts of patience. He answered all of our questions, even the ones we didn't know we had, and took care to explain everything to us in a way that prepared us for future costs and renovations. He even made sure we'd never open our large windows too wide, to protect our daughter from falls. That kind of care and attention was very much appreciated. His home inspection documents were also very nicely laid out, detailed, and in our hands within a day. I look forward to working with Chris with future home purchases.

    Condo Inspection

    Haystack Home Inspections was extremely professional and thorough. He did a great job inspecting the place, and pointed out issues we never would have foreseen. His report was extremely detailed, clear, and easy to follow. He also reviewed minutes and strata documents, and gave us his general impressions from those. Haystack Home Inspections was vital to our decision to purchase a property. I would highly recommend this inspector!

    Home inspection prior to purchase. Inspection post renovation.

    Worked with Chris to do the inspection prior to my purchase. Chris was extremely thorough and took the time to explain his findings to me very clearly. I also renovated my suite and wanted to double check the work in my bathroom. I have full confidence in Chris, do I contested him again for a follow up inspection. Again, he did an outstanding, thorough job. You can really see that he has his customers interest as his top priority.

    Home Inspection

    Chris was professional, friendly and thorough. Couldn't have asked for more. After some very bad home inspections with other companies in the past Haystack Home Inspections was a breath of fresh air.
