Len and his team were excellent. Very professional and meticulous about ensuring the best installation possible for my new furnace. What really impressed me was the honesty and integrity. I was insisting on getting a new humidifier in addition to the new furnace but Len and his crew looked at my existing humidifier and convinced me that it does not need to be changed. As a result, my total cost went down compared with what I was prepared to spend. They did the opposite of up-selling and that goes a long way. I would definitely recommend Len from Tempasure to others.

I sent Tempasure an inquiry about furnace maintenance and got a quick response from Len. I made an appointment and the technician arrived on time. He tuned up and cleaned my furnace and was friendly, efficient and very knowledgable. I recommend Tempasure and will be calling them for all my future HVAC needs.

Recent circumstances forced us to expedite our existing plans to replace our ac unit for a central air system. I reached out to several companies for quotes and advice. From the very beginning, Len and his team were prompt and transparent. The job posed some challenges that were unique to our property, and the Tempasure team were extremely helpful in finding solutions to those challenges. Highly experienced and knowledgeable. Crew was professional, punctual, diligent and respectful (of the premises). Len gave me the right advise and talked me out of getting an expensive model as my home did not require the high end unit. A/C broke during a heat wave and they scheduled the instal very quickly. I will definitely recommend Tempasure and they are my go-to HVAC vendor.

We had planned to replace our a/c and furnace in spring, but then with covid we were hesitant about having people in our house. Our furnace blower continued to act up over the summer so we finally decided to replace both in September (also covid numbers were at a lower point now). We chose Tempasure based on their high review ratings, and I'm glad we did. Our main criteria were getting a good a/c and furnace, and great service post-installation (lowest cost was not a factor). We were looking for a medium-sized company (small enough to get good customer service, but not too small where they can't handle peaks), and a company that had been around long enough to establish a reputation but not too long that there were just living on the reputation. So we ended contacting Tempasure. I got an immediate text response from Len, and the next day he came by in person for a site visit. The following day he sent quotes with a couple options (although for us it was just a choice between variable speed and multispeed furnaces), we confirmed on-line on Thursday, and had the installation appointment booked for Tuesday! It all happened rather quickly. We also decided to go with a tankless water heater (we were planning on replacing our tank in a couple years, but just decided to do all three things at once). And also upgraded our thermostat to an Ecobee, ordered from Amazon to get next day delivery so the crew could install. In the meantime read up on rebates, and realized that we needed a pre- and post-install visit from the rebate folks. Len has his recommended energy rebate advisor company ('energuy') that he connected us with, and they were able to send someone on Friday to do the pre-install visit. The energuy tech was very good and courteous, but that's a separate review :). It did bode well that Len recommended good 3rd parties, especially as it's his reputation on the line too. So on Tuesday everything went off perfectly choreographed. The delivery guy dropped off the new a/c, furnace and tankless hot water heater around 8:30am. The install crew showed up on schedule at 10am and got right into it. The old stuff was removed, just in time for another guy to come by with his truck to pick up. The crew were very professional and polite, and just focused on getting the job done. They also wore masks the whole time in the house (and good masks too, not cheap ones that fall off your nose). Also, and this may sound silly, or maybe just our poor experience with a large company that rhymes with nevercare, we appreciated that they didn't ask to use our washroom. It was a full day to do the install, the crew have very long days. But they got it all done by 8pm, including clean up. Overall very very impressed by the installation. The a/c and furnace itself are sooo much better than our old entry-level stuff, just as Len said it would be. (which to be honest i thought at first was more sales talk from Len, but it actually is much better). The new furnace looks Tesla-inspired in the design, and our humidifier (which is still our original one) looks rather tired by comparison. We are building a gym in the basement with everything exposed so the look was important to us. So far it's just the install (obviously we haven't had to call for service yet), but I'm glad we chose to go with Tempasure.

After considerable time and effort I settled on Temp-a-sure Heating and Air Conditioning. From my initial meeting with Len, right through to the completion of the installation of a new furnace and air conditioner, I was more than pleased with my choice of company. Today, more than ever, it is necessary to fully research any product or service you choose to spend your hard earned money on. Homestars and Google Reviews are a good place to start. The reviews of Temp-a-sure were excellent, and now my installation is complete I can confidently say they are deserving of all accolades. Additionally, I thought Len went above and beyond my expectations and deserves recognition of my appreciation. I would fully encourage anyone considering HVAC services to include Temp-a-sure in their plans.

The Tempasure team was fantastic and worth every penny. Len was swift and extremely communicative. He came to my house, looked at my furnace, realized we needed an extra part for the installation and got that all covered before his team came to work. The guys who came to instal were nice, and worked efficiently. Yes, you may be thinking that their prices are a bit more expensive than their competitors but the Tempasure team takes care of you. My A/C broke on Sunday. I was recommended Temp A Sure by my sister. I called Monday morning someone came right away and tried to fix it. The unit was 30+ years old and had to be replaced. By 9pm that evening we had a new unit installed and the house was cooling down
