My Navien NBC 240 that heats the water and provides heat for my house sprung a massive leak when the Flow Sensor broke. I called in the "guys in the green trucks" to fix it ASAP as it was Dec 23rd with the Christmas shutdown fast approaching. The service guy came by the same day and diagnosed 4 parts that I would need. The next day I heard back from that company that the Flow Sensor part I needed was not in Canada and they would not be able to get it from California until Dec 27th making it a cold Christmas. A friend heard about our dilemma and recommended I give Len a call at Tempasure to see if he had the part. I called Len late on Christmas eve explained the problem , sent pictures and the diagnosis that was given by the other company. He arranged to get the Flow Sensor from his supplier that evening and arranged to have one of his technicians install it on Christmas day. Len continuously sent me updates on what he was arranging and when I could expect to have it fixed. He also offered to drop off space heaters on Christmas eve if we needed any. Thank-you Len for the Christmas miracle with getting our heat and hot water back when others dropped the ball. Not only did you provide EXCELLENT customer service but saved us some money on parts as we only needed the Flow Sensor and not 3 extra parts the other company recommended. I will use Len and his team at Tempasure in the future and will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for Heating and Cooling experts.

Our old (and cheap) furnace finally gave up and stopped working. I did a couple of things to try and revive it (cleaned the flame sensor and replaced the ignitor), but it was clear that I needed someone with more expertise to look at it. My wife found Temp-a-sure on Homestars and I decided to give them a call because they had excellent ratings. Len and him team were super responsive and he had his technician (Ram) come and assess the situation. Once it was determined that the old furnace was not worth fixing, I quickly had a quote in hand. The quote included options at 3 different price points. I also decided to get my A/C unit replaced (no pressure from Temp-a-sure to do this). The quote was fair and I agreed to get the work done. On the day the work was scheduled to be done, Ram arrived when they said he would and carried out all of the removal and installation of the new equipment. The job took the better part of the day and Ram worked diligently until it was done. Upon completion, Ram showed me everything and the job-site by was left neat and tidy. Bottom line - Temp-a-sure are true professionals. They are responsive and honest about the work they do. They are highly communicative (something that is really important to me) and I would recommend them 100% if you're looking to get HVAC work done. Thanks Temp-a-sure!!!

Tempasure has quickly become my go-to hvac specialists for issues big and small. Len is honest and kind and happy to explain the issues and how they will fix them. I highly recommend them.

Len made me feel like I was the most important customer in the world. He responded promptly to all my questions, and did extra research on products to get me the answers I needed (I asked him a million questions). The crew was extremely diligent and professional. The work was very clean and top-quality. I look forward to having Tempasure do more work for me in the future.

Len and his team always come on short notice, are polite and professional, and, well, fix the issue. In this case, our gas fireplace wouldnt work. It hadnt been serviced in years, and they spent a good chunk of time taking it apart and cleaning. Also installed a new thermostat at no charge.

Len and his team did an excellent job of replacing 2 ACs and 2 furnaces. I haven’t had to use the ACs yet but the furnace is working beautifully and efficiently. Len answered my calls and questions quickly. His customer service is excellent!!

I reached out to the company as I was in need of a pre-season checkup since my regular HVAC guy retired recently. They were prompt in booking me an appt in the following couple of days. The technician, Anthony, arrived right on time and did a thorough cleaning/checkup. They were reasonably priced and I would use them again!

Service was excellent, as has been the case previously.. Communication was very good. The technician arrived as scheduled and the work was done within the estimated time.

Tempasure did all the work for installing the HVAV system in our house and have not has an issue since. Any time I had a questions while commissioning it they were quick to respond and do a check if necessary. They recently came for a cleaning, and during these COVID times the technician was careful, work a mask, and did the work efficiently.

Tempasure became my go-to service for heating, AC and gas fireplace service since Len first fixed the installation of AC done by another company. He was able to determine and resolve the problem where others could not. Since then Len and his team have serviced my furnace, AC and fireplace exclusively. He is fair, balanced and honest in his assessments and his prices are very competitive.
