Len was very nice to work with. The humidifier was not functioning properly. He came back multiple times to fix the problem and even brought a product vendor to the house to see if they could solve the problem. After his final visit, he called to confirm that things were working ok.

I called Len the company owner on a Monday evening describing a problem with low heat on the ground floor of my home on the coldest day of the year. As the Architect for my personal home I specified a high end dual zone system. The basement and ground floor are on one thermostat with the second and third floor on a second thermostat. We walked through the system design over the phone to relay as much information as possible about the potential issues. We arranged for his technician Mo to come out the following evening to troubleshoot the problem. In short, a variable air valve wasn't working and needed replacing. Several other issues were also pointed out that the original mechanical trade didn't execute properly. Mo installed the new valve and went through the controls and explained some general maintenance issues to me. Temperance were knowledgeable, fast and good. As an Architect I am always looking for good contacts and I am going to have them service the AC and HVAC system on an ongoing basis. I have no reservations recommending them personally to friends or as a professional to clients.

Our existing water heater gave out after close to 30 years of service. We found Tempasure on Homestars. Len's pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes we had and he tried to minimize the time we were not without hot water. We called to made arrangements on Thursday morning. Len checked our set-up on the same day for potential issues. The tank was delivered Friday and installation was on the weekend. Along the way, Len kept us abreast of progress. (While installation was originally to be on Friday, Mother Nature's snow caused a little delay.) Len's installer Tony worked very efficiently.

Len answered my text very quickly and understood that we badly needed our furnace fixed in the dead of winter. He swung by our place to quickly assess and quote before another job. He then fit us into his schedule the same day and worked quickly and efficiently. He did a great job: our heat is surprisingly back on considering how old and rusted our furnace is, he was courteous and fair. Glad for the recommendation and will be pleased to return the favour to someone else in the future. Thanks Len!

Arrived at the time promised. Friendly and courteous. Work was done well. Clean and considerate with no mess after he left.

Len was terrific. He was on time (early in fact!), and extremely professional. I mentioned I wanted to be better educated on how the furnace and humidifier work and he went through everything with me and explained how it all works. He changed my filters and even came right back when my wife thought she smelt gas (he was just coming to be safe but him and I were certain he closed it properly, and we were correct). I intend on using Len again next year for regular maintenance.

Len was professional, quick to respond to my calls and committed to solving the problem. My boiler was turning on and off. By a process of elimination, Len was able to find and fix the problem. The ignition module had to be replaced. The first module installed read as defect. Len spotted it, removed and returned within hours with a new module. The boiler is now running perfectly.

Our furnace stopped working, and we called Len based on his Home Stars listing. He came, as he said he would, in a few hours. A new part was needed, so he purchased that, and had the furnace going the next day. A few hours later he called to make sure the repair had work. He was very polite and kept us informed the whole time.

My furnace was not starting, got a referral from a friend but this referral was a rip off. Let alone he was rude, he did not actually fix anything after coming back a few times and said my furnace is a piece of junk that I should replace. After the nightmare, I looked up HomeStars and found Len. Len is very polite and promise me that he is a very honest man ? Len came and fix my furnace right away and said my furnace is still in good shape. My husband told me when he left, he heard some noise and turned back to look at the furnace. He decided to push it back in place and now it is nice and quiet. Thank you Len and my furnace is still working keeping my mom and us nice and warm! Merry Christmas ?
