We called Temp-A-Sure for a gas range replacement and the installation of a gas shut off valve by the range. Len was very prompt and professional in returning calls and in our communication, was able to fit us in quickly, and worked fast. Highly recommend

Len came and fixed our faltering furnace promptly and kept us informed throughout the process so that we knew what to expect. He calls when he says he'll call, comes when he says he'll come and fixes the problem after careful diagnosis. Very knowledgeable and competent.

Len showed up on time, in fact he was early and let me know which was great. He explained everything he was doing each and every step of what he was looking for and why he was doing it. He never tried to up sell me on any services, products, warranties, etc. I would 100% recommend him to anyone requiring servicing and will be using him again.

After looking at 5 different companies for 5 HVAC, Len at Tempasure come recommened by many people who had used him. Not only was his prices reasonable, but he really cared how things were done. Once our project got started, he was transparent about what issues came up - and the best way to fix them (if they needed). He and his team went the extra distance to do work in tight areas (to hide the venting pipes etc) where other installers likely would ahve told me it wasnt possible. While all major projects in old houses have hickups along the way, Len was genuinley concerned with how everything was running once the install was complete. Even a week after the job was done, he would follow up to ensure everything was running how it was supposed to. I definately recommend Tempasure for any HVAC work they need!

Furnace stopped working and he was able to diagnose quickly and get a replacement part within hours

Len came out to check what possible options we had for our 13 year old furnace but the expanse of the replacement parts didn't make sense. Len provided a couple of quotes and was able to turn around the install within two days just as the cold was coming in. The installlers had a tough install but did the best as possible with the piping and to make it as aesthetically possible. I would happily reccommend this company as they take their customer service very seriously.
