    Cockroaches

    We just purchased a home recently and had an issue with cockroaches. I had Craig come out and tackle the issue, applying the necessary products to remove the roaches. Craig was great, explained the steps he took to do his job, also provided me with the knowledge of what to do after the treatment and how to handle any future issues. He had great customer service and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Pest Protection Plus Inc to anyone who has issues!

    Follow-up

    Craig was awesome. Gives you all the details and checks everything. It was easy to follow-up and make an appointment. Great customer service. Price is good and reasonable for what you get. I highly recommend this company. Great experience. Thank You

    We’ve Got Rats!

    We’re landlords with complicated older (heritage) properties. The frustration of discovering rats in basements is overwhelming to say the least. Pest Protection Plus has come to our rescue on 2 separate buildings in the past few months. Their techs know what to look for, make smart recommendations and follow up efficiently. Have and would recommend them in a heart beat.

    Pest Control

    Brent was on time as per schedule, he went thoroughly with his inspection and the feedback was amazingly professional He knows the business and that’s what make me comfortable and I encourage everyone to use his services

    Rat control

    Brent was prompt and honest. He placed bait in the traps I already had and stressed no charge! He checked around the area that was obviously where the rats had burrowed and found other holes. Highly recommend him.

    Wildlife control

    Great service … always on time and had a plan and did everything they said they would. Very professional and respectful. Highly recommended for any pest or wild life control

    We found mice!

    We found mice in our atic a couple years back and pest protection plus help us deal with that. This week we discovered mice in our garage and under our deck. They came on time, provided the necessary service, and was knowledgeable to help give advice on what we can to to keep mice out of our home. I highly recommend them and they will continue to have my business.

    Wasp Control - Refused follow up service

    Before paying, they promise you thick and thin, 6 months of service recurring service as many time as the pest problem persists, etc ... Good luck with that, we can't even get a phone call to the technician for some simple follow up questions. We had Brent come over for a wasp nest problem. He sprayed the affected area and told us that the problem (wasps entering a narrow gap between the soffit and the brick wall) will cease after 3-4 days. A week later we still see some wasps getting in. Wanted to consult with him and see if a repeat application might be necessary but contrary to their verbal assurances, it is impossible to get any kind of communication with him. Everything stops with the person answering the phone calls.

    Deal skunk removal

    It was a painless and extremely satisfying transaction right to the end. Allison was on time and did a thorough job of removing the carcass and disinfecting the surroundings. Would definitely recommend Pest Protection Plus with no hesitation.

    Gypsy moth spraying

    Brent came to do spraying for Gypsy moths and he was friendly, efficient, prompt and very easy to work with. The spray seems to have been effective and I would highly recommend his work.
