This company has incredible customer service, far superior to most companies. No questions asked, they will respond back and deal with any issue in a timely manner. They are organized, reliable, professional and do a great job for the service requested. Pest protection plus uses the best notification system for booking service, giving clients notification prior to arrival and for invoicing. We use them every year to avoid any pesky animals trying to move in.

Editing this review The below did occur and it was horrible situation, however the owner Ben did make it right. He promptly refunded my money and provided air purifying bags and rented an ozone cleaner for the room to neutralize the smell. He has since been in contact to ensure that all is still well in my home and that I have had no additional issues. My only advice when using ANY company that use bait to kill that they advise you there is a chance that the rodents could die in the walls and smell. If this had been communicated me to then at least I would have had all the information and could have made an informed decision whether to proceed or not with the treatment. Please don’t use this company to get rid of a mice problem. I asked all the right questions. Specially will the mice die in the walls and smell after eating the bait. I was assured that this would not happen. I was assured that they would leave the home to find a water source and die outside or if they die in side the home there would be no smell as the poison dehydrates them and they turn to dust. I am now dealing with a bigger problem of mice that have died in my walls and are stinking my entire house. When I contacted Pest Protection Plus about the problem again they maintained that this should not be happening. When I asked if they can locate the dead mice and remove they said no. I received no apologies and no solutions. I insisted that they remove all the existing bait and will now look for another solution to keep the mice out. Buyer beware with this company and know that if you do use bait there is always a possibly that this could happen to you.

They are fast, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. And compassionate with the animals. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now. I will definitely be recommending Pest Protection Plus ! Thank you, Pest Protection Plus!

We noticed a HUGE wasp nest in the top peak of our home. Not sure what to do...went on line and sent in a quote request. The phone rang not 5 minutes later and it was all booked. I was very hesitant about it as we did have a bad experience with another company years back. I just knew we could not do this ourselves. Ben showed up as promised and was amazing. He has vast knowledge and expertise that I sure needed to hear. The nests were quickly treated and removed and the price was the price..no hidden fees. I have already recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so. I am truly happy with BEN. Thank you!!!!

I heard scitter scatter in my walls, and called around for various pest control services. The best value with follow up turned out to be the best price too! Pest control were friendly and very knowledgeable. They left containers with bait for mice, and follow up in another visit. They just followed up today, and the bait definitely worked! They refilled the containers they left for me in the attic, basement and garage. They said they will come again for another follow up. Update: they have come again for a follow up and refilled the bait where needed. Everything is so easy to make appointments to letting me know when they’re coming with text messages when on route. I am definitely going to keep their services!

Called them to come remove the dead bird and Anthony came in less than 30 minutes. Great service in such a short notice. I highly recommend them for their great service and reasonable prices

We have had a unwanted visitor under our garden shed since May. Used common deterrents with no success. We were pointed to Pest Protection Plus and are very glad we were. Their service is prompt, their advise honest and there are pricing options to fit desired results. Scheduling is communicated with a two hour window of service, enroute advise provided and has been been within the appropriate window. Ben was very personable and honest regarding securing our shed from further intruders. Much appreciated. Successful removal!!! Excellent service

I called Pest Protection Plus to remove a dead raccoon from my property. They scheduled a visit for the same day. Brent came in time. He was very friendly and professional. He removed the animal and disinfected the spot. I very happy that the problem was solved so quickly and efficiently.

Fast response time, efficiency, punctual, professional... There were 2 wasps nest at the back of the house, message Anthony through his website for a quote and received his response in 30 minutes. He made an appointment for the next day right away, then I received both email and text notification. Very punctual and fast when he on site to clear to nests :) Will definitely recommend him to others
