    Security for rural property

    We investigated several options for a security system for our rural property in Mono and went with Total Security (Ray) based on initial conversations and the reviews here. Let us say, the reviews are correct! We are extremely happy with the end result. Ray clearly has a lot of experience with the business, and took a lot of time to discuss various options in setting up the system. He didn't push for extra products (quite the opposite), and listened to our needs for the system as well as how we preferred to have it physically installed. The installation was done extremely well. But as great as the product, the system and the installation are, Ray's customer service is truly exceptional. He is very personable, very responsive to calls, and when there were a few minor hiccups due to our rural location, he came out every time to check it out, extremely promptly, even when he probably didn't have to. He obviously wants people to have a system that works for them, and wants them to be satisfied. And the cost of installation and ongoing surveillance was exceptionally reasonable. We are very happy with this company, and would use them again.

    CCTV Camera Installation

    I contacted Ray after reading his good reviews. I'm glad i did. I needed cameras installed at my home and at my business. Ray came over the next day and patiently inspected the properties and gave me his quote. He is very punctual and shows up exactly at the time he promises. The work was done cleanly and professionally. He even cleaned up a few wires hanging around my house which was not part of the job. It's hard finding reliable people these days that do the job professionally but Ray's record speaks for itself. Thank you Ray, hope to do business with you again in the future.

    Replace Security System

    Following a lightning strike, we needed to replace our home alarm system. Ray was knowledgeable , pleasant and prompt. He provided us with the information we needed to make informed decisions and helped come up with solutions to our situation. It was a pleasure to work with Ray and I would definitely recommend Total Security Co 1994 for your home security system needs.

    Camera Installation: Fast, friendly and Reliable

    Just want to say thank you for the time taken when we initially met Ray to review all elements of the job, details and to address the questions we had. This is a valuable purchase and as is the case with many, it is not enough to simply tell your customers how many cameras and what price; there has to be a more personal touch. I appreciate that you went above and beyond such and took the time to address our queries, concerns, show us the materials and follow through with the promises that were made. Nice to know that there still exists a high level of professionalism and care in the field. Wishing you continued success in your business. Would definitely recommend as I already have!

    Security Cameras and Home Alarm Security Service

    Ray is a very knowledgeable and professional technician. I got security cameras and home security alarm installed from him. It’s been only one month since I got the above products installed. I am very satisfied with Ray’s work. I would definitely recommend him and his company Total Security to all my friends. He knows the art of winning his customers hearts.

    Security System broken - calls not returned

    I have removed my previous review. I originally gave Ray a 5 star....he was very responsive. My camera has not worked since July I have repeatedly called Ray...he had some medical issues and could not come out to fix the camera. I had also asked him several times to move a camera a bit, but that never happened. I was on Homestar for another matter and thought I would check his page. I see he has been working the last couple of months but has not called me back about my cameras not working. I had left him several messages and NO reply. I finally had someone come in and check my camera system, it could not be fixed.....I would like to think a security system should work for more than 1 1/2 years. I had to buy a new system...from another company. Not impressed at all!

    Home Security System

    I was very pleased with the service technician Ray. He was very professional and well manner. He service was quick. I have a small dog who is not so friendly and by the end of the service he was his buddy. I was impressed how he trained my 10 year old daughter and myself on how to use the system. Highly recommended.

    Take over alarm system

    Ray was very prompt and knew his stuff. I was hesitant at 1st with my current alarm system being taken over, but time will tell with regards to the service. Regarding, Ray's service and confidence I have to say he went above and beyond plus I saved myself $200 plus per year....

    Installation

    I wanted an inexpensive but reliable home monitoring system that can integrate with my home automation system. It was challenging especially with GSM connectivity a little challenging in my area. The task was duly taken care of in a thorough professional manner, and any questions/concerns have been efficiently responded/handled in last 8 months.
