Professional installation, Dave and Eugene (installers), were on time (start/finish), polite and knew the product. Cleaned up work site. Seemed to enjoy the work and the product. Good job guys, hope I get the same crew when I do the rest of the house.

We just had our kitchen door replaced complete with retractable bug screen, door trim and all. The initial delivery of the door took a few months longer than expected, due to supply chain impacts of COVID-19, but the installation team totally made it worth the wait. Installation crew no. 15 were outstanding; both Davyd and Eugene were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We also had Constantine stop by to ensure everything was delivered as ordered. Thanks to the installation team, this turned out being a great customer experience!

The whole process was fantastic right from the initial meeting to the installation. The only surprise was the speed of the installation which was to take 2 days but the crew completed all 14 windows in 1 day. Fantastic job! Love the new windows.

Green Fox sales guy Roman was smart, efficient, willing to accommodate our situation - all in all a good fellow to deal with. Installers were polite, hard-working, good to have around (even in the time of covid). The windows look real good, seem to be of high quality, as we had hoped.

Amazing product and very professional installation. We had to wait a few weeks longer than planned as there were manufacturing delays due to COVID and then the Xmas holidays, but it was worth it!

The workman were very professional and polite. They cleaned up everything after the installation. Could not be happier. Now there is no draft and our temperature in the living room is up 3 degrees. Great investment. Thank you

Love the product and service! This was the second time we have had Greenfox out to do windows on the property - we had all the windows in our house done a couple years ago and when it was time to do the ones on my shop I knew who to call! Everything was easy and friendly, the sales guy came out and discussed all of the options, took rough measurements and when he left I had my order placed. The installer came out to double check measurements before the windows were finalized and make sure everything was correct with the order. When the windows arrived Greenfox was quick and efficient at booking an appointment for installation, and they followed up with a reminder. The installers were friendly, efficient and respectful, they removed the old windows & trim and installed the new windows & trim, they worked quickly and kept the area in good condition, they cleaned up after themselves (I couldn't tell work had been done except that I had amazing new windows), and they took the old windows away for disposal. Very Happy with the price, product and service.
