When window's arrived to be installed, the size was too small for opening, we told them not to install, when saleperson arrived they asked what to do, we said cover the hole with plywood until we are able to get the right size windows, they said they couldn't do that they would just install the two windows temporary until they get the right size ordered for all the windows as all were not the right size,this is just temporary right I asked they said yes as it's going to start getting cold.we said ok. Now they say that they installed the 2 windows and we have to take the other 2 windows. in other word they want the balance owing to them for wrong size windows its their mistake not ours we didn't do the measuring. This firm is not trustworthy.

Windows and door look good. Had complications with one window. It was rectified and the proper sized window was installed at a later date.

9 new beautiful windows installed in our house! Max did the initial estimate for the install was very professional and everything was perfect! Install crew did an excellent job with the install! Last January (2019) we replaced all of the windows with Greenfox. Great investment! Excellent products! It's now exactly one year later and this the first winter that we have clear windows with no frost build-up or condensation or drafts. Our home is warm and cozy and we have a clear beautiful view of the outdoors.

They replaced a picture window and two entry doors over the course of two days. Worked quickly and quietly taking the time to answer my questions and to show me any issues as they arose. Left my home tidy and took all the trash away with them. I would definitely consider GreenFox again for other projects.

I am extremely happy with my windows and the care that was taken installing them. The staff were so helpful, they went above and beyond In the installation. They attached my existing shutters to the new windows.

The work was generally good and the men worked hard. The only thing is that I wished they were a bit neater. Some of the caulking wasn't done very well so my husband will have to redo it and we will have to wipe off silicone that got on the capping and on the door. And I don't know if the material came chipped or got chipped in the installation, but I'm noticing chipped spots around the door and the bottom ledge. Also, when they installed my doorbell, they lost one of the screws and also installed it off centre. Tbh, I wish they had just told us to install it BC now my husband will have to fix it anyway. And I wish they wouldn't use my furniture to put down hardware BC it scratched. I know it's a long and hard job and it turned out great but maybe just some neatness and mindfulness would be appreciated. Thank you

The workmen were thorough and efficient . Co side rate and polite. Cleaned after themselves and extremely professional.
