Our windows needed replacement and as our neighbours had their’s replaced last year by GreenFox and recommended them, we gave them a call. During the initial meeting the Project Manager explained, without any pressure, the different types of windows and options available. Once our decision was made and the agreed upon installation date arrived, we were apprehensive as the two large front windows have large bushes and ferns, etc. in front and below them. Nothing was damaged. The installation team was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable, doing whatever repair work was required when the old windows were removed. Clean up was perfect. We are very satisfied with the quality and appearance of our new windows - the rooms are brighter! We highly recommend GreenFox for both the quality of their product and their installation teams.

We were very impressed with the level of service from getting the initial quote to installation. This company was a pleasure to deal with. No surprises. Would recommend Greenfox anyday.

Our home is 30 years old and we NEEDED to get ALL of our windows replaced. We came to terms that it would be about $20,000! Yikes! But our biggest fear was WHO do we TRUST? I asked my friend who she would recommend. You guessed it: Green Fox! She was right!!!

We found this company at the Edmonton Renovation Show in January 2019. The sales person, Alex, was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling. He spent hours with us reviewing his product. His pricing was very competitive to other window companies we had do estimates for us. We had 9 windows and a patio door replaced with triple pane glass, and 3 doors replaced. The product is very good quality, looks great, and the sound proofing from the triple pane glass is incredible. The installation team, Dennis and Nick, were efficient, organized, detail oriented, and did an excellent job of installation, and cleanup once the job was completed. I would highly recommend Greenfox Windows & Doors to anyone considering replacing them.

After searching roughly for about 3 months for the right windows and the right window company I decided to give my business to GreenFox Windows. I was very pleased with their sales approach, there was no hassle and I was able to decide what I wanted. Once we decided to go ahead with the purchase they stated it would take about 8-10 weeks for them to be delivered and installed. Roughly 6 weeks later we got a call to set up our install date. Which was very exciting. We scheduled the install for this past Friday. The installer’s came out on time and installed all 5 windows. They were very neat and courteous. After a miscommunication about how the aluminum window capping should look one the installers came back out on Wednesday and re-did the aluminum capping to my satisfaction. The windows look great and really transform the house. They did a very nice job and would use them for my future window needs.

We found Greenfox Windows at the Edmonton Home Improvement show. The Sales person was knowledgeable and quite personable. The Installers were polite, quick and efficient. Very hard workers. Job took one day longer than expected, but over all, we are quite happy with the final product.

my existing slider window was fogging up. I called Green Fox and they installed a new 1''3/8 slider window. has been through cold whether and does not fog at all and keeps the cold air out.

tHEY CAME ON A COLD DAY, CUT OUT EXISTING WINDOWS AND INSTALLED NEW BEAUTIFUL WINDOWS THAT HAVE PERFORMED WITH EXCELLENCE. tHE GUYS WERE FLEXIBLE, EFFICIENT AND VERY FRIENDLY...THANKS TO A GOOD FIRM.

Do not use this company! Service is atrocious! We have been trying to get a couple issues resolved for 6 months. We have had numerous phone conversations with this company, have sent emails with photos depicting the issues. We have had service manager and installation manager come to our home and we are no further ahead. Frustration with the office manager is beyond words. Communication with this company falls on deaf ears and it appears there is no one in charge or no one capable of following through from A to B. BBB next step. The only positive comment I can leave is that the installers do great work which is why I have given this company at least a 1 star.

Extremely happy with all aspects of the dealings with Greenfox employees and the work done. Would recommend Greenfox to anyone because of their honesty, punctuality and workmanship. All questions were answered in a way we could understand.
