When we decided to renovate our 1988 home's basement, we decided we needed to make the basement bedroom window larger and up to current code. We got 3 quotes from different companies, and had them quote us for not only cutting the egress basement window, but replacing other windows in our home as well, since all the windows are original. We chose Greenfox, as their company could do the entire thing from start to finish, without having to contract out the concrete cutting portion, and for a great price. We also had them do 4 other windows in our home that were the "worst", and the cost for those was comparable to other companies, but for a very high quality product with a unbeatable guarantee.
We were absolutely impressed with the installation process! Roman, our installer, along with his co-worker, worked quickly. They put down sheets and plastic to reduce any mess they may made, cleaned up everything perfectly afterwards, and made sure we were completely satisfied along the way. They were SO patient with all our questions without getting defensive or annoyed. They were careful removing our trim and putting it back on afterwards (a service many companies wouldn't do), and in areas where it was not possible, they replaced our trim with the exact match. They even touched up nail holes and wall paint!
We also were so grateful for our rep/salesperson, Peter. He came across so genuine - not pushy like other salespeople, or bashing the competition to get the sale. He came and checked on the progress along the way and made sure we were happy with everything.
The windows look and work AMAZING!!! We will definitely use Greenfox as we replace the other windows in our home. So SO satisfied! Thank you, Greenfox!
