    New Windermere South Duplex

    We chose Dolce Vita to build our new duplex home in Windermere South based on online research and reviews, and we are glad we picked them. Every step of the process from start to finish they provided great customer service and the quality really shows in our home.     New Home Build

    We had a fabulous experience working with Dolce Vita building our dream house. Everyone from the sales, interior design, and warranty have been great to deal with.

    New home purchase

    Breen and I (Marc) are extremely happy with our purchase of the former "Carlton" show home located in the community of Southfork, Leduc AB. Again, we would like to thank Emma, Area Sales Manager, along with Brenda and the Dolce team for making it a great experience for us. It's like we "won the lottery" having found such an amazing builder, Dolce Vita Homes, and staff when having heard of some "horror stories" from friends and people in their dealings with other builders. Our house is so well thought out in design and with such elegant finishes! Also, with the sincere Dolce Vita pre/post sale assistance, the Dolce Home Owners web portal, the Dolce Home Warranty contact centre along with Dolce Vita's community and humanitarian causes involvement and excellence in home construction standards shows that Dolce Vita Homes is so much more than just a mere "standard builder" but rather stands out as an exemplary builder for others to aspire to!

    New house

    Overall it's been a great experience, good quality materials, very good workmanship. We haven't had any issue, problem or concern throughout the house, only regular maintenance.

    Two Month Warranty

    On inspection day, trade day and every appointment, every one was so nice and helpful. Every one finished his work so professionally and efficiently. I can feel Dolce Vita really cares about their customers and put them first.

    New House

    Dolce Vita built us a new, two storey, front attached garage house in Leduc, Alberta. Overall, we were and are very satisfied with their work and service.

    There craftsmanship is second to none The friendly outgoing sales experience was awesome and would do it all over again
