    New house

    I am very satisfied with the new house. Very good quality. Dolce Vita is also fixing all the small problems that I had. It was a very smooth process from buying to post possession. Highly recommended

    New house

    Well built. Honored their one year warranty. Staff easily accessible to follow up with. Pleasant new home experience. Would highly recommend.

    New, executive bungalow duplex

    Dolce Vita were a pleasure to work with for our new home purchase. They were responsive, helpful, and delivered a quality product. Their process and costing for changes was straightforward, honest, and very fair and reasonable. They have consistently responded to and dealt with any issues we have had (and there were almost none!) well beyond the standard warranty period. 2.5 years after we took occupancy, their service personnel still check with us.

    New home

    Overall very happy with whole experience. House is great and quality is evident. Had a couple minor issues and they are very fast to come to house and resolve them. Thank you.

    I felt that the overall work was quite good and the difiancies were repaiered with very little dispute.

    The overall work was good with few deficiencies, walk through's went well and the home was completed faster than expected.

    TownHome Building

    Bought a house built by Dolce and we are really happy with the service a quality provided. they are a great builder to go with!

    New Duplex

    The quality and finsihing of the building is excellent and the sales rep was very helpful from the beginning till the possession of the home.

    Home build

    The team was fantastic to work with from the minute we walked into the show homes. They were patient and were there for us. At any time they were available to help and made the experience a great one!

    New home

    Quality build. Concerns were addressed quickly. Builder has always stayed in touch with me regarding repairs.
