    Fast, Efficient, Reliable, and keeper of warranty promises

    The house we live in had a basement leaking issue tormenting us for the past ten years. We had never thought of a service like Canada Waterproofers until this year, and our experience has been superb. We got in contact with Salva, and he and his team were able to solve our problems within a matter of days, very fast and efficiently. Since the fix, we have had no problem with the basement leaking. The colder weather arrived, and we found water coming into our basement again. We were as dreadful as ever, so we contacted Salva and hoped he could check for us. He came as soon as possible and fixed the issue for us, even though their work did not cause it. For some reason, the water pipe in our furnace got disconnected and leaked water everywhere. We as a family are very thankful for Salva's service and have already been recommending Canada Waterproofers to many of our friends and extended families.

    Possible waterproofing - estimate/assessment

    Andrew from Canada Water Proofers came out to my dads house to look at the area where water was leaking into the basement. Not only did he showed up on time, he called 30mins before hand to say hes on his way. Andrew assessed and examined the area thoroughly. He provided me with great advice and information. And as it turned out we didnt require waterproofing. And he didnt try sell/insist on doing any work we didnt need. Instead he provided and shared info, knowledge on what are the possible issues causing water going into basement.

    Waterproofing and sump pump

    Slava and his team were great. They worked hard and finished on time, and Slava came back a couple of times when I had problems with my side door. He even did some small concrete work for me free of charge. Wonderful experience!

    Leak fixed

    Val did a great job - came quickly, worked very diligently, solved my problem thoroughly. Was wearing mask and shoe covers. Left working area clean. I had a very positive experience. Highly recommend Canada Waterproofers company.

    Valentin always provides excellent service. He is a skilled professional, completes work in a timely manner and offers great advice.     Full Interior Waterproofing

    Very satisfied customer. I received numerous quotes and finally decided on Canada Waterproofers, and Im so happy I did! This company was reliable, knowledgeable, responsive and polite right from the beginning (the quote). When you're investing in your home you want to make sure you make the right decision especially when it comes to a larger project. Andrew took time during the quote to make sure we understood what we were getting plus investigating the problem areas of the basement. He found a major problem underneath the door frame that we didnt even know we had. They went above and beyond to complete the job to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

    Leaking pipe repair in hard to reach area

    Valentine from Canada Waterproofers came to my house and did a FANTASTIC job repairing a water leak we had. He diagnosed where the leak was coming from and then voluntarily chose to repair it with a high quality copper pipe which typically would've costed more. He also noticed another issue with the pipes where the previous contractor had implemented a poor shortcut solution that would've broken down over time and fixed that proactively as well. Valentine and Canada Waterpoofers went completely above and beyond my expectations and did even more than what was required of the job. They did all this at great value for the dollar as well. Highly recommend this company and technician. Thank you!

    Shower drain leak

    We had a problem with our shower drain leaking and a botched repair job by a previous plumber. We needed to call in the real professionals this time and Val was our guy. Rest easy if he's the one to answer your call. From his calm and calculated demeanor to his willingness to listen and provide the right solution, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with someone at the top of his field. Highest recommendation!

    Super professional & reliable work

    I have nothing but praise for the work that Andreii and the Canada Water Proofers team provided. It's a rare occasion when you get to work with a knowledgeable, responsive, professional and transparent, and they did exactly that. They did an assessment and provided a functional and effective solution for redirecting an exterior pipe and installing a backwater valve. Always friendly, always honest and transparent, it was a hassle-free and reasonably priced service. Highly recommended!

    Excellent & Professional

    Bought a new house that had water leakage in the basement. Slava came out to inspect the situation, recommended internal waterproofing and a replacement of the sump pump. The team was on time & efficient, and the end result is solid, clean and professional. They explained everything they did in detail. I would highly recommend Canada Waterproofers.
