Val arrived on time. Worked hard without a break. Was very personable. Explained everything and left it all cleaned up and ready to go. This company will not disappoint you. It has been a wonderful experience.

I usually dont write reviews for any services or products, but the service I received from the Canada Waterproofers team was exceptional, and I truly believe they need to be recognized and appreciated for the way they are conducting their business. My Personal Experience: After I was told over the phone by another plumbing company that the basement ceiling leak was most likely a result of masonry issues, I called Canada Waterproofers to come and investigate. From the initial call with their receptionist, the service was very professional and friendly. Andrii, a waterproofing expert, got in touch with me and made an appointment for a free consultation. He showed up very promptly and was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After his investigation, he diagnosed the problem and concluded that it was a plumbing issue, not masonry. Andrii was nice enough to arrange a phone call from their own plumber (Val) for me. Val showed up at our house for an initial investigation and was able to find the suspected leaking area behind the wall within an hour of investigation, without opening extra holes all over the ceilings and walls. Val does an incredible job. He is smart, meticulous, thorough, and very skilled. He worked tirelessly throughout the day on his second visit to prepare the area and replace the leaking portion of the drain pipes inside the wall and ceiling. Once he was finished, he went above and beyond to clean up the space. Val is very honest and pleasant, and I feel that I was provided with the best possible service. As I was writing this review, Val sent me a text message to follow up on his work. This is another sign of great service. Thank You Val...! I feel relieved that I know who to call from now on for a water leak or plumbing related issues. If you ever have water related and plumbing problems inside or outside of the house, dont waste your time looking elsewhere - just call Canada Waterproofers. You wont regret it. They are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fair. EXCELLENT SERVICE WATERPROOFING AND SUMP PUMP. I am a woman, very confused when forced to choose a contractor because I do not understand anything about construction or repair. My house flooded the entire basement, needed waterproofing, and put a sump pump. Fortunately, I chose the right company CANADA WATERPROOFER and SALVA is the manager, very knowledgeable in terms of expertise, and the technique is excellent. He and his team are very straightforward, honest and enthusiastic with customers. He directly explained, patiently gave me very detailed instructions and now I understand very well the lesson on waterproofing from him . At work, the team and he do it quickly, neatly and accurately. As for the price of the company CANADA WATERFORING, it's really nice, quite soft, and instructs to be refunded to customers. In particular, what I admire about Mr. Salva and the CANADA WATERPROOFER Company is that there are things that are not under his responsibility but he and the Company have always helped me many times. I am always grateful and grateful for this. The price is pretty soft, again instructed to receive an additional $2,000 deduction from the Gov program. Very difficult, ugly water problem. Ugh. Not for Slava, who assesses, determined best approach, gave options, executed on time and budget, and voila, it was done!! We are impossible to please. He was better than could have been imagined. We almost want another water issue!!!

Valentyn helped me with fixing the value (which is connected with the hose for watering yards) in the garage. The problem we had was a little complicated to describe - the hose and the valve were connected in a weird way using teflon tape (by the previous homeowner), and water leaked out whenever I turned on the valve; the fundamental reason why this happened was that the value inside the basement that directly fed water into the garage did not have a drain, hence, the residual water being frozen during winter caused the garage value to deform. Anyway, Val replaced both the basement valve (with one that has a drain) and the garage valve, and so far they work great! I want to highlight that I was impressed by his professionalism, great attention to detail, and dedication to his craft. For example, he was very patient in explaining clearly and making sure that I understand how to take care of the garage valve in the winter. During his work, whenever there was a little bit of water dropping onto the floor, he also wiped it clean. After his work, he also followed up with me and checked how things are. In summary, I would highly recommend Val and Canada Waterproofers for anyone that has problems with the water supply and plumbing.

I was in a bad state. Just bought a house an was not informed of the foundation issues. By the time I took possession the basement was leaking like a sieve. They diagnosed the best solution for my situation and completed the work on time. Appreciate their professionalism and their quality of service.

Tech was able to diagnose leak over hot water tank in seconds. The fix was provided properly and in timely manner. No more worries about pipe bursting and flooding basement. Higly recommend.

Plumber name Valentin was on time. He wore shoe covers to keep floors clean. Very professional and knowledgeable. Finished job in timely manner and left area neat. Pleasure to have business with.

Outstanding service performed by Val. He diagnosed problem with pump fast and explained what needs to be done. He got a bit wet trying to fix sump pump) but kept professional all the time. Thumbs up!
