    One way valve installation and more

    Val was very professional and personable. He made me feel confident that he could get the job done and he actually surprised me when he told me he could complete the job on the spot. I feel like I got a good quote on price and he completed the job quickly and explained everything to me along the way. I would recommend Canada Waterproofers based on this experience.

    Concrete Crack Repair

    From the very beginning Slava was friendly and knowledgeable with the work he does. I had a crack in my foundation which water was seeping through into my basement which needed to be repaired. Slava's team showed up on time and ready to work for the day we arranged. From start to finish they were professional and actually reinforced the area where the crack was so it would not be a problem in the future. His team cleaned up the area and you would not know work was even done there. Thank you Slava and your team, would definitely recommend to anyone needing any kind of concrete repair work.

    Awesome service

    Awesome customer service! I had Valentyn stop by to diagnose an issue I had with my plumbing and he was very courteous and took the time to explain the problem and recommended course of action. Highly recommend Canada Waterproofers!

    Second time I've used these guys - they're amazing

    I've hired Canada Waterproofers for two different leak situations - a few years apart - and both times they've done exceptional work. They identified the issues, gave the best price, and I've never seen people work more neatly. They got the whole thing done in one day,. they actually dug up my garden and then replanted the plants - it looks better than it did before. I cannot recommend more highly.

    Basement Internal Waterproofing

    Andrii responded quickly and provided a very competitive quotation. The installers arrived on-time and completed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. I was very happy with the work performed. I had a few questions about the warranty for the waterproofing work and Carl, the owner, stepped up to provide all of the clarification I needed to be assured that I would be looked after in the future. 2 thumbs up for this company.

    Leak from bathtub spout

    I had an ongoing leak affecting my kitchen cabinet. Some work had been done by a previous plumber in my bathtub and this issue had started afterwards. After multiple failed attempts to find the root cause by the same company I went to Canada waterproofers. They introduced Val. I couldn't be happier, he was punctual, knowledgeable and professional. He listened to my comments and provided his solution. He even came up with an innovative solution to change my old spout as it was an old pipe and the standard equipments have changed ever since. After the job was done he called me to follow up and checked if everything was OK. Which shows how he cares about his clients. When I called him a few weeks after because I had some concerns not only he responded and booked a time right away, he didn't charge me for this job!! What an amazing experience. Thanks Val and Canada waterproofers!

    Leak Repair

    Valentin contacted me almost immediately after I requested quotes for this project even though i submitted LATE in the evening. He was flexible with my availability and came the next day, solved issue ASAP and gave some advice! Work was speedy and he was polite and informative. Would use him again if ever I needed plumbing services in the future.

    Canada Waterproofers to the rescue!

    Val was wonderful to work with because he was able to assess our flooding situation within few hours after contacting Homestars. I would hire him again without any question. Thank you so much Val and Canada Waterproofers!

    Bad clog fixed

    Valentyn showed up on time to replace my kitchen faucet and snake out a clogged drain. (I poured some powder done the sink and it basically turned to cement). As it turned out, due to the multiple bends in the pipes and the garberator it was not possible to snake out the clog. Valentyn removed all the piping under the sink and streamlined it so that it would not clog in the future. He must have spent an extra 2 hours and only charged me a nominal additional amount. I will only use this company for plumbing from now on
