    Unexpected disaster

    HIGHLY recommend Canada Waterproofers! Val showed up and fixed my leak. Was actually surprised with how personable he was and he didn't try to sell me anything extra that I didn't need. Thank you!

    Sump Pump upgrade

    Timely, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and responsive. Val kept me informed when he would be arriving. Had to install additional pump. The job was done, and cleaned up with out a problem even though the sump was in deep and tight place to work. From start to finish the operation went like clockwork. I would highly recommend Canada Waterproofers. The next day he called to check my satisfaction on the project. Top notch customer service that you don't often see any more.

    Urgent leak repair

    I received a quote same day as I requested it. Plumbing technician arrived next day and fixed leak near my water meter for the quoted price. Professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced service. Highly recommend.

    Valentyn from Canada Waterproofers knows exactly what he's doing and how to fix a major plumbing issue. Very professional, prompt, has very clear communication, is hard working, very hard working, and personable. He has the proper equipment do diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner. His knowledge of plumbing is also exemplary. It was a pleasure doing business with him and will hire him for future jobs. Thank you!

    Leak investigation

    Repairing foundation wall leakage

    Canada Waterproofers has repaired the leakage for one of the foundation walls at my parents house on June/2024. From our initial meeting with Andrew to the execution was seamless and very efficient. Andrew was very knowledgeable about our situation, as he quickly identified the problem area and provided different solutions to mitigate our leakage problem. During the meeting, Andrew was very patience to answer all our questions and concerns, as well as explained to us in details on how the waterproofing job will be done. On the day of installing waterproofing system, Andrews team had done an exceptional job, finished as per his promised time frame, and his team also cleaned up the place afterwards. My mom was very impressive of all that! Overall, both Andrew and his team were very professional and polite, and they have done an amazing job on fixing our leakage issue and installing waterproofing solution for my parents foundation wall. It was a great pleasure to work with Andrew and his team on my parents project. We will definitely recommend Canada Waterproofers to our families and friends who might require their service in the future.

    Problems fixed!

    We contacted Canada Waterproofers on a Friday and had a callback sameday and then advised their plumber, Valentine would call which he did within 1 business day. Valentine offered to come the same week to conduct a site inspection. He would waive the inspection charge if we gave him the job (which is more than fair!). Long story short, the following week, Valentine came by and resolved all of our issues. Valentine is incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable and had answers for all of our issues which was very comforting. Valentine is also a very nice person and very informative! If you have any plumbing or waterproofing issues, I strongly recommend you give Canada Waterproofers a try!

    Trustworthy Teams

    I have had Slava and Val working on my basement a few times (in the unfortunate situations) to replace the main stack and deal with clay sewer pipes. Theyre busy but always quick to respond calls and offer advice. Their work quality is excellent. I find them trustworthy and are my go-to team when there is a plumbing/water issue.

    Clog

    Val did a great job, cleared toughly clogged drain in kitchen sink. He kept all the work areas clean and was respectful. Plumbing is always expensive but service was reasonably priced.

    Fast response

    Their response time was wonderful. I had a leak in faulty shower faucet on Friday evening. Valentyn found out what needed to be done, cut the wall and installed new faucet same day in just 2 hours. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.
