Ridgecrest was great to work with. We contacted Ridgecrest after a positive review from a previous client and were impressed by how David shared so many previous projects. Ridgecrest crews were very skilled, professional, and tidied up well after their work – small details were done attractively. We appreciated the ongoing communication by our project manager Derek and his efforts to make sure we understood the problems uncovered, their suggested solutions and our options. We were happy with Ridgecrest, the quality of their work and would engage them again.

100% we would recommend RidgeCrest to anyone looking to upgrade their exterior! Their workmanship and client service is outstanding. RidgeCrest did a complete exterior renovation to our 1950's bungalow and garage, including new Hardie siding, smart trim, fascia, cedar soffits, and eavestroughs. They also framed in a new front porch and entry dormer, complete with two beautiful cedar columns , took out our existing concrete steps and put in new Azek decking and aluminum railing. In addition, we replaced all main floor windows, the front door and the garage man door. Both David and Derek were extremely helpful when designing the new look for our house. They willingly met us on several occasions to discuss the design of the windows, front door, and new front entry way to ensure we achieved the look we were dreaming of! They are very attentive to details which was evident in their design recommendations for style and functionality. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional! The window and siding crew was meticulous and provided progress updates along the way, ensuring everything was completed exactly to our liking. They truly made the vision for our little bungalow come to life and we could not be happier with the finished product.

We chose RidgeCrest based on watching the progress of a few of their jobs in our neighbourhood and speaking to those home owners. They were all very satisfied so we were quite comfortable to continue with RidgeCrest. They did our roof, gutters, facia, cedar & aluminum soffit, hardieboard siding, smart board trim, rock features, windows, doors and exterior insulation panels. The job went extremely well and our house looks amazing and operates far more efficiently now. We continue to get compliments almost everyday. We strongly recommend RidgeCrest to our friends, family and inquiring strangers.

7 Years Later UPDATE! I unfortunately I have to change my rating for this company. I've had nothing but issues since year 2 or 3 with my roof. ALL of the flashing was not sealed/secured so I've had 23 squirrels removed from my attic. I also have leaks and ceiling damage in two areas. A new roofing company has come over to address my leaks and venting issues. I had paid RidgeCrest extra to get ridge venting installed and my new roofers have told me that I do NOT have ridge venting. Excess heat in my attic has halved the lifespan of my shingles and will need to be replaced in the next 7 or 8 years. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Original: Moved into an older home with cedar shingles that were in desperate need of replacement. Found out about Ridgecrest via their kiosk at the home show in 2015. They contacted me to setup a meeting for a quote not too long after the show. They also had a quick turn around on the quote. Although they were not the cheapest of the 3 quotes I received, they were quite knowledgeable about ventilation which was a huge concern of mine since we have vaulted ceilings and minimal attic space. Once we gave the project the green light, they ordered the products promptly. Once everything was here, the crew was in and out in 2 days! They were super nice, worked long days and even cleaned up the whole site each night. Very impressed and would recommend.

RidgeCrest has just completed an exterior renovation to our house and garage, including new Hardie siding and shingles, window and corner trim, fascia, cedar soffits, and eavestrough. The work also involved rebuilding two porches with new framing, steps, columns and entry overhang. In addition, several windows were replaced and the existing windows and doors repainted. The only item not worked on was our roof which was replaced a few years ago. We chose RidgeCrest on the recommendation of friends who had similar work done a few years ago, and because they were chosen by our neighbours who had their renovation done at the same time. The bulk of the work was completed in 10 days on top of a couple days to replace the windows and do the carpentry for the porches. The quality of the workmanship was exceptional in all respects; the crew and sub-trades worked meticulously and efficiently, and kept a tidy job site. I really appreciated working directly with David, the owner. He was very responsive to all our queries and provided some excellent design advice. We were completely satisfied with all the work and would not hesitate to recommend RidgeCrest for any exterior renovation. One final note; the lead installer brought his wife by the night the job was finished to show off what he and the crew had done — that more than anything shows the pride these guys take in their work!

Ridgecrest completed a full reno of my house including replacing stucco, vinyl siding and soffit, fascia and eaves-troughs in less than two weeks. I had Hardie Board, Stone, eaves-troughs, downspouts, fascia, soffit and new front step and electrical work done on my house and detached garage. David provided me with a list of 93 homes they had worked on so I could see results, and help me decide on colours. David and his crew could not have been any better. Everyone worked extremely hard, and cleaned up their workspace every night before leaving. Any concerns I had were quickly addressed. The results were everything I had hoped for. I was not asked to make any payments until I was totally satisfied with the final product. I would not hesitate to use Ridgecrest in the future.

I contacted Ridgecrest last fall after my house received damage to the exterior fro a hail storm in August. David came out right away and was able t provide me an estimate along with a list of references of work they had done in the area. After checking out Ridgecrest on line and through some of the references I was satisfied that they appeared to be an upfront contractor. I waited until spring to do the work which included new shingles, siding, facia, soffit and gutters. I gave David the OK to start the work on a Friday and the equipment and crews were here on Tuesday. All the crews from the roofers to the guys doing the siding to the guys doing the gutters did an excellent job. My neighbours complemented them on how polite they were and the fact that they kept the noise down as much as they could, (no loud music). I had also wanted to redesign my front entrance. Chris from Ridgecrest worked on it and even with my inability to clearly describe what I wanted was able to build me what I had envisioned. Chris was always forthcoming with any issues that he saw in the design and always had a solution that was not only functional, but also visual appealing.

RidgeCrest provided exceptional quality workmanship in the replacement of our roof, siding, soffit and fascia for the exterior of our home. The contractors were knowledgeable, friendly and honest to work with. We are very happy with the new look of our home and have referred many of our friends and neighbours to RidgeCrest.

After a lot of research and meeting with many different contractors we decided to hire David at Ridgecrest Developments. We are so glad that we made that call. The total outside house renovation took less then 2 weeks and the transformation is incredible. David is trustworthy, honest and very personable. His team of dedicated tradespeople are friendly, respectful and very hard working. We are constantly being asked who did the home reno and we are so pleased to provide David's number each time.
