From the first contact to the moment the team drove away the experience with Birk's has been nothing but a pleasure. The team showed up on time, worked hard and tidied up every night. Philip and Wayne were courteous, helpful and very professional. I saw them installing a system down the street and that neighbour recommended them to me. I am so pleased I followed up then hired them. My first meeting with Philip was very positive. He was very knowledgeable, explained the service clearly, and answered all my questions. Placement of the heads was well thought out so there are no 'dry' spots in either in the gardens or the lawns. Everything was demonstrated when the job was completed showing me the system running, how to adjust or change the program and how to scan the code so I can review the YouTube instructional videos if I forget what to do. Birk's are not the cheapest vendor around but there price came in where research said to expect it. They used sturdy well made components, nothing flimsy or cheap looking. The plumber who installed the inside piping also took time to explain his work. The very last thing they did was sweep the patios, walkways and drive then power washed it all leaving my property cleaner and tidier than when they started. Thank you Birk's Landscaping, you are definitely a 12 out of 10 company.

What can I say other than TOP NOTCH. This company exceeded our expectations. Their quote was very much in line with what we knew we'd have to pay. They designed a beautiful patio and garden with surrounding armour stone, steps, etc. The crew showed up on time every day. They were excellent at paying attention to every detail. They carefully measured everything according to the plan and built what we were promised in practically every way. Nothing missed. They also cleaned up exceptionally well after the job. They even sodded in the few areas where the skid steer would unavoidably damage our grass. This company is professional and absolutely awesome. Recommended.

The work was performed in Sept 2019. It looked great then and still does. The owner and crew were great to deal with. The project was delivered within the time frame discussed. Would definitely work with Birk's again.

Lezlie the Birks Landscapping Designer, followed up wih us after our first phone call - what a rare thing these days. We found Lezlie to be very accomodating and personable with a no-pressure attitude. She was very knowledgeable and we were very pleased wih her design that completley changed our backyard. We can truly say that Dan, Cody and Jake were always on time. We took note all the extra effort they put in different areas, especially taking out tree roots, installing proper drainage and making adjustments where necessary. This team was very personalable and hard working. Not to mention the excellent clean up. We had a very positive experience from day one and would highly recommend Birks Landscapping.

Birks Landscaping were absolutely amazing! The team would arrive early and worked hard throughout the each day. Bill would patiently explain details around the design to me and ensure that we were comfortable before proceeding. I have worked with many contractors, but never have I worked with a team who were so great at their job. Bill, Peter, Patrick and the team went over and above on a daily basis and the results definitely showed with the end product. They promised to complete the job by a particular date and despite having to struggle through all of the global delays observed as a result of Covid-19, the team was able to pull things together and still successfully meet our date requirement. Birks Landscaping has done a phenomenal job, we are extremely happy with the end result, and I must say it was worth every penny!

We can not say enough about the work performed at our home with the remodel of the front entrance. Bill’s team including Pat, Don, Jesse and Jose are amazing. They are professional and considerate. Each of them went above and beyond and we would recommend this company for your outdoor projects. The products used for the paving and steps to the plants for the garden are top quality.

Birk's team did an excellent job renovating our large porch, stairs and border around the driveway. The team of Bill, Patrick, Jose and Jesse were very professional, courteous and excellent workers.
