David and the team provided quick and efficient roof repairs when we experienced a recent leak. The problem was immediately assessed and addressed in the same day before the problem created any extensive water damage. What a relief it was to not have to worry about further problems. We are very appreciative of Landmarks professionalism.

Landmark Roofing replaced the roof on our Brookswood house last week. David, the owner, was personable and professional when providing us with options and cost. The work crew of four showed up early in the morning as expected and worked until sunset completing the job in one day. They removed and replaced the old roof and plywood. Were very happy and would not hesitate to recommend Landmark Roofing to family and friends.

The team worked respectively, timely, and does great work. Attention to detail is very obvious. They left our yard cleaner than when they came. Quality workmanship and competitive pricing. They have replaced shingles on many homes on our street. Highlighly recommend.

In August 2023, Landmark roofing replaced our 25 year old cedar shake roof with the Certainteed fibreglass shingle system. We are extremely happy with the products as well as the entire customer service experience. Right from the first phone call, and never hit an answering machine once throughout. Awesome! I do a lot of finishing work myself and admittedly, am super fussy contracting any trades to work on my house, especially when it comes to ascetic appearance. I was fortunate enough to observe first hand several cedar shake rook replacement projects in the neighborhood over the last year including Landmark. There was something about the quality of Landmark products and attention to installation detail that certainly caught my eye. Upon requesting a written quotation, I found the scope of Landmark's proposal very detailed. On top of that, the quotation also included a product brochure (facilitating further research) and supporting insurance and workers compensation documentation. We decided to proceed with Landmark. Throughout the roof replacement process, I was pleased to learn that the company owner, David is a certified project management professional. David visited our site everyday where we had short stand up meetings to discuss how the project was going, any potential questions/issues from the previous days work, and exchanged ideas for upcoming ascetics. David is an absolute pleasure to work with, comes to work with a smile, is very receptive to client questions/feedback, and, takes every step to genuinely ensure that you have the roof and look that you want. From there, the project foreman, Sam, and his mighty crew made it all happen with a fabulous high quality end result. One can tell that the culture at Landmark is communicative, polite and professional and that culture certainly permeates through all of the people that work there. In the end, the project estimated start date was hit, the project was completed on time, and the project was completed on budget. Precisely as scoped out. I was originally nervous about the thought of having my roof replaced, but Landmark Roofing made it easy, and the new roof looks amazing ! Like all the other comments have mentioned, David is a great communicator, and his calm and friendly approach made the whole process simple, smooth, and painless. I probably asked too many questions (sorry!), but David always took the time to answer them quickly and wisely. Lou, the on-site foreman, is awesome. Him and his crew were friendly, polite, and extremely hard working. They showed up early and stayed late to help get things done within the small window of good weather that we had last month. The job was completed on time and on budget, and any concerns or challenges were handled efficiently and without hesitation. I will easily and happily recommend Landmark Roofing to anyone and everyone.

Timely, efficient, and professional are some of the key traits that come to mind easily, but Landmark also treated the work site (and my home) like it were their own - the site was kept clean and safe throughout the entire process. From our first phone call to the last David and his crew were great to communicate with, always very professional and polite. We hired them to help identify an unknown drip from our bathroom ceiling fan. It was a bit of a mystery especially time of year with many weather elements to deal with. David was very thorough and followed up when we needed a second service call. Service was prompt, professional, and very fairly priced. I would highly recommend this company and can understand why theyve earned the business of many houses in our neighborhood.

The highest overall recommendation that can be given, Landmark deserves!! Outstanding interpersonal skills from the very first contact until the job was fully completed -every interaction was professional, polite, friendly, and service orientated. Highest praise possible for their workmanship and work ethic-they were on time, extremely hardworking, self sufficient, clean, and respectful of the fact we lived in the house throughout the time they were working on our roof. Landmark did a garage reroof for my elderly father in law a few years ago in North Delta . We were impressed and kept the name tucked away for future use for us which turned out to be this year. We have nothing but good to say. The quote from David was clear, in person, timely and explained. The crew was professional, detail oriented and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. We know attention to details is very important to us and they delivered. Questions and topics that arose as the project moved forward were responded to very quickly and accurately. I even said I would provide verbal references to future clients, which is rare.
