    Roof replacement of shingles on home, and out buildings

    Landmark Roofing was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful while we struggled with decisions regarding colour, and product choice. It was a big job, and we were anxious about how it would turn out. In the end a crew of 6 along with material, disposal bin etc; showed up early on Friday morning worked fluidly, and fast while we marveled at their attention to little details. The job was completed, and every nail etc cleaned up by the end of day on Saturday. We have never experienced a crew that worked so hard, and so well together. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, hard working crew. Cant say enough. Many thanks!

    Excellent job on our Roof Repair

    We looked at a few different companies before contacting Landmark about our roof repair, but their customer service and knowledge made them the easy choice. It wasn't a typical repair and required some explaining which both David and his team did a very good job of keeping us informed. The crew worked extremely quickly and cleaned up everything so well, you wouldn't even know they were here! They even took pictures for me during the repair and emailed them to us after which was above and beyond, they really have the personal touch down. Professional and excellent to deal with through the whole process. Now that it's complete and matches so well with the rest of our roof, I wish we would have called sooner!

    New roof

    As a female homeowner I have been taken advantage of by several different contractors over the years so it was extremely important to me to establish trust and get top quality craftsmanship.In order to avoid previous experiences I went over and above my usual due diligence and got 6 quotes ranging in price and greatly in time to complete the job.I decided to chose Landmark based on their superb reviews and high customer satisfaction.Their Foreman came in the morning with his 4 man crew and we had brand new top notch roof in 14 hours!Good bye leak,ceiling stains and further damages.They left premises clean,tidy and even helped with removing other debris.I cant say enough about the very well spoken owner David and his polite and efficient crew of Landmark. I highly recommend this company!

    Roof Repaie

    Our roof was leaking even after we had another company come out to fix it. Landmark not only fixed it but explained everything to us. They are very knowledgeable, professional and good at what they do. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

    Very professional, very accurate and very reliable!!

    We had 3 quotes and by far, Landmark was the most accurate, professional and reliable. We were quoted slightly cheaper with another company but they didn't have the professionalism, or reliability that Landmark offered.

    Skylight

    Our skylight was torn off by one of the wind storms that occurred earlier this year. We needed to find someone to at least temporarily fix it before the heavy rain arrived. We quickly searched the internet and landmark was one of the first links to appear. We were very impressed by their promptness and efficiency. Everything was completed in 3 hours from the initial call to the installation of the new skylight. We would highly recommend them!

    New South Surrey Roof

    David, Rob and the whole Landmark team did an amazing job for us on our new roof. From the initial inspection and quote to the final product we were very impressed. The team worked through some brutal weather to get our new roof put on. We couldn't be happier with our new roof and would recommend the Landmark team to anyone needing their services. Thanks guys!

    Landmark Making Lemonade

    Over the bad winter my tile roof had deteriorated, tiles were cracked and it was starting to leak at various spots. I called up David as I've hired them before and they were great. They came to take a look and as most homeowners hate to hear, we needed a new roof. David explained the pros and cons of different types of roofing material and gave us several quotes that were all reasonably priced When we gave him the go ahead, it took his team less then 2 days to complete the job. I can't recommend Landmark enough. Really friendly, honest and great work.

    New Roof

    Couldn't have been more impressed with Landmark Roofing company. From their prompt response for the first quote, all the way to the finished product. Friendly and professional, I would highly recommend using this company.

    Roof improvement - replacing gutters/install down sprouts

    Was thinking about installing down sprouts to protect my roofing further and glad that I contacted Dave. Dave inspected my roofing and let me know the down sprouts could be installed quickly but gutters are not in good shape -- my wife also spotted those a couple months ago -- we decided to replace all the gutters and install the down sprouts. The work has been done very nicely and so quick before more rain came down :) I'll come back to Landmark Roofing whenever I have more needs in the future!
