Excellent work, we are extremely happy with it. Kevin and Carmen are professional and courteous; they worked incredibly hard to provide quality work in an efficient manner, while minimizing any disruptions to us. We would highly recommend their services to anyone. It has been a smooth and pleasant experience from the initial contact (sales) to job completion. We are very pleased.

They were friendly, cheerful and very efficient. They were able to plan the project around weather problems. I did not have to make any calls after the contract was arranged. Everything happened as scheduled with no questions that the crew could not answer. Followed up to fix a minor problem after the bill was paid.

Very professional and honest company, they helped us be right on budget , all staff were well trained and provided excellent customer service , they understand working with seniors and the issues that they face , billy our painter became part of the family he was always helpful and very professional , his suggestions were great and it made my parents house look new again , I would definitely give these guys a call if your looking for good quality painters at a honest price.

When looking for a great company to paint your Strata building this is a company I would totally recommend. From the first day that they arrived to the last they were professional and strived to make the customer happy. Gabe, Tyler, and Gabe I can't say enough about your customer service it was amazing! Everyday I would have one of the other owners come up to me and say how pleased they were about the job the painters were doing. Also it is really hard to find people that care about their work and this company really does. Michael really has a great company and I would recommend his company to everyone.

The guys at Certapro did a wonderful job on the exterior of my house. From Michael's first contact with me and walking me through my options, to the “above and beyond the call of duty” painting that Gabe, Gabe, and Tyler completed, the experience was excellent. I know how important surface preparation is for a good-looking and lasting paint job and they were wonderfully thorough, sanding 100 years of paint down to bare wood in some places. The final paint job is magnificent and has been commented on by friends and passersby. The guys were also a pleasure to work with. Michael focused on what I wanted rather than trying to sell me something. The painters were consistently pleasant, dedicated to doing a great job, and responsive to all of my requests. Beyond that, it was a difficult job technically (unusual & mixed surfaces, difficult spaces to access, and a tricolor paint job) but they nonetheless managed everything well. Finally, the price was very reasonable for the hi-quality job that was done. I'm thrilled with what Certapro delivered.

A very good experience. I got 4 quotes total, ranging from $7k - $20k. CertaPro came in right in the middle. The selling point for me was a promise to finish on-time and on-budget, which they kept. Xander the sales prime was very responsive, and the crew were friendly and fast, worked evenings/weekends to get the job done on time. Great value for the money.
