With a need to replace some of our windows-we decided to visit the National Home Show to research some companies. We met James at the Show, and decided from his professional customer service to use their company for our install. He came over provided with quotes and explained in detail the entire process. He was very knowledgeable and honest. The Installers were a great team to work with as well-they were professional, organized and efficiently cleaned up the work area. The end product and the workmanship of the installation were of premium quality. I highly recommend James, and the team at Dayside Windows.

I must start off with with saying that the process from begging to end was very delightful. It all started off with meeting one of the Project manager James, he was very responsive on following up and showing up on time. James took his time and educated me very well on all the different options available he was very professional. After reviewing the detailed and clear quote I found the price to be fair for the quality, history of the company and warranty being offered so I placed the order for 10 windows to be replaced. My Windows came in under 6 weeks and it only took a day for them to be installed. The installers were very professional and tidied up well. My windows look great and I can already see the savings. I have already refereed Dayside to Friends and Family.

Had Brad install 2 new windows in my house in Norwich. Brad was a great guy and very informative. He went out of his way to save the woodwork framing and customized the window to incorporate it into the new windows. The windows are perfect and look amazing. I would highly recommend Dayside!

We were referred to Dayside by a friend who was very impressed with their work, and we are so glad we went with them too. Pat came to our home and gave us advice on the various options for all the windows in our house. We decided to replace 4 bedroom windows, 3 basement windows, and one bathroom window. We went for the full "brick to brick" job as the old windows were 30+ years old. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and Pat was very professional and thoughtful at every stage of the process. The installers were extremely efficient and thorough, our basement windows are in an awkward location at ground level but they made it look easy. We are delighted with our new windows and are planning to use Dayside again when we replace the remaining windows in our house.

Dayside was fantastic from quotation to install completion. Luke M (sales) was extremely knowledgeable and spoke to all details in expert fashion. John V's installation was seamless and detail oriented.

dayside project manager Pat was very easy to deal with,understanding our needs for windows,explained all our options we could go with.Windows were ready in the time frame we were told,the crew of 4 guys were great ,from covering floors to furniture,did a good job of cleaning up when done,would recommend this company for sure.

Our original (builder grade) patio door was difficult for our daughter to open and impossible to remove to get bigger items into the house. We did our research and Dayside was great about answering those questions and giving us realistic expectations. During installation, I was impressed with how far the men when to ensure the door was installed correctly and well balanced (1/16th of an inch to the left...) The new door looks great, is more energy efficient and our daughter has no problem getting in and out by herself.

We had a new rear door installed on Sep. 28, 2016. We are very pleased with the quality of the product and the workmanship. Their attention to detail is second to none. The installer, John V. is very talented and did an exceptional job. He also installed our front door in April, 2016.There is a great warranty.....10 years parts and labour. From the estimator to the installer to the office staff, we commend them on their professionalism and product knowledge. We would definitely recommend Dayside to our family and friends.
