    Roofing

    I called Jason as there was moisture smell in one of my kids bedroom, Jason sent a team to asses the damages within few hours. It was in that week of -23 cold check the photos, Jason sent another crew and the leak was fixed and torched within 24 hours. I cant thank Jason and his team enough.

    Newmarket Roof

    Jason runs a very professional company. There are things an older person like myself appreciate...eg professionalism, timely returned calls, easy access, accuracy, explanation of details, etc. Jason delivers all this...every day. He walked us thru all of our options and explained everything clearly. His crew are just as professional as he is. They show up..on time...do the job very well, completely clean up and double check that everything is done to expectations. Easy to recommend

    Amazing Flat Roof Repair and Replacement

    These guys are great, professional, come in on time, work hard and do an awesome job. I was so shocked out how efficient and clean they are. Super respectful and just nice people. The work was done professionally. I had four quotes, and listened to all the suggestions from all the other contractors and these guys did everything the other guys did and much better price than two of the others and the same as the last one.

    Drip edge, Insulation, and Fascia

    Needed custom drip edge and attic insulation done. He also found some bad repair work around our chimney so they included that in the repair. During the process, he updated with photos of the progress, and even went above and beyond to repair our exhaust pipe from the bathroom while up there.

    New roof!

    A family friend highly recommended Jason/UHS to me and they certainly delivered. I recently bought a new home and needed a new roof, including plywood replacement, mold treatment, and more. Jason was very responsive and communicative, and provided much needed insights and expertise. It was easy to schedule the work with him and it was done in scope and the timelines expected. The UHS team clearly takes a lot of pride in what they do, and it shows. They also left the property very clean which is of course appreciated. I never thought I'd refer to a roof as 'beautiful' but after seeing it, I can now say I have a beautiful roof!

    Roof Inspection

    I recently called Jason to conduct an inspection on my roof and was very happy with his service. Jason was very responsive and professional. Qualities I appreciate in a contractor. Jason inspected my roof and advised me that there were no additional repairs to be done. Needless to say I was happy to hear the good news. I will continue to use his service.

    Eavestrough Cleaning and repair

    Jason was quick to get me a quote, was reasonable and flexible and showed up on time and completed the eavestrough cleaning and repair with professionalism. He communicated well and was a pleasure to do business with!

    Soffit and Facia fix

    I was very happy with Jason and the service that was provided by Antonio. They were very efficient and timely! It was also a difficult position to fix. It was extremely high, other roofers didnt want to even quote on it. Thank you

    Roof repair

    We called Jason for a roof repair job, and he arrived promptly and did stellar work for a very reasonable rate. He is pleasant, polite, and responsive to communicate with. We found Jason to be professional and knowledgable, and we appreciated his patience explaining the issue to us. We would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others.

    Roofing Repair

    We had Jason come out in a timely and prompt manner to repair some issues we had with our roof that were causing water leakage in the house and garage. He was very courteous and explained what the likely problem was as well as repairing them in a timely fashion. I would recommend Jason and Ultimate Home Services for any roofing related issues.
