    roof repair

    so happy I now found a roofer I trust to do good work, be honest and reliable. I would for sure recommend him to anyone I know. He even reduced his rate once he determined the job would be quicker then originally thought.

    New Roof

    Excellent work from start to finish. Job was completed on date promised. I've had lots of work done on the house over the years, but I would say Jason by far was the most professional and caring of them all. He went that extra mile by covering the roof with a tarp to prevent any leakage into the house prior to the installation date. Would highly recommend him and his crew.

    UHS is AMAZING. Just hire them already!

    Last summer (2019) a bunch of my neighbours hired UHS to replace their shingle roofs and all were happy. I got to see UHS in action and the owner Jason was professional and spent 45 minutes explaining the system and products to me (he uses GAF). I left the conversation with full confidence in his capabilities and got a quote. He ended up being too busy in 2019 but i hired him in 2020 and have no regrets. I truly believe this is the last time i will need to replace my roof unless i move.

    Great work and done on time.

    Jason is upfront and honest and the work was done as spec'd out. The roof needed to be redone and also we found out our skylight needed to be redone. All handled great.

    Best Roofer

    Initially called to address the extreme heat in my attic, Jason installed a couple of solar powered roof mounted attic fans that got to work immediately to ventilate the hot air. Jason was fast, efficient, professional and extremely easy to deal with. Will be sure to use him in the future for all my roofing needs. Thank you Jason!

    Fantastic Roofer

    Jason and his team did a fantastic job replacing our roof. From the start it was a pleasure to deal with Jason. He took the time to explain the whole process and returned my calls promptly when I had questions. His workers were professional and cleaned up everything I would highly recommend Jason and UHS to anyone who ask.

    Eavestrough and downspout repair

    Jason was a pleasure to deal with - responsive, reasonable, quick and efficient. We needed a very small repair for a detached eavestrough and a disconnected downspout, and he was very accommodating, going beyond what was asked to provide extra service and value. Very much recommended!

    Excellent roof work

    UHS did a fantastic work in our roof. Jason was the only professional who took the time to answer all my questions in a very clear way and could accomodate an early date. I am really happy about the customer service level I had with Jason, not very easy to find around, and will totally recommend UHS. Paulo

    Replace roof

    Jason and his team did a fantastic job on our roof. Jason was very professional and responded to our questions in a very thorough manner. They completed the job on time and on budget (exactly as quoted). Definitely recommend Jason!

    Roof leak

    Our roof leaked during that recent heavy rainstorm. Jason was the first to respond to our request for roofing services on HomeStar and he arrived the next day when my roof was clear of ice and snow. He did a thorough inspection of my roof and came down with 10 photos on his phone to show me the problems. Unfortunately there were many due to the shoddy workmanship of our previous roofers but he caulked and sealed off the most likely areas and I am happy to say that during last weekend's rain there was no further leaking. I have received the most detailed quote of what will be done to put in a new roof that I have ever seen from a roofing service. In addition I should mention that Jason arrived with a binder with all of his courses, insurance and other certificates you want to see in this day and age of fly-by-night contractors. I would highly recommend this company and Jason thanks for your patience in walking me through everything!
