    windows

    We did our research and compared 3 other windows and doors companies. Very happy with the installation and products. Their windows are made in canada which was very important to us. Took a bit longer to get our windows because of delays in the factory by 4 week but it’s reasonable and the installation was perfect. We love our new windows.

    Door replacement

    We replaced our sliding door with Panorama. Our current door was leaking very badly. Panorama was honest about the timeline, and sliding doors don’t take as long as windows we were told. We got the doors in roughly 8 weeks. It is great to not be dealing with leaks anymore, and stuffing towels under our old door like we have been for a while. We appreciate the timely replacement and the care expressed towards our situation. We didn’t expect this, knowing how long everything took...We called other companies and were told 22 weeks!!!! We’re just glad this was done before the real cold and rain hit, or else we were worried about more damage happening due to the leaks. Thanks for helping us guys, we will make sure to spread the word, and we’ll definitely be back when we are ready to do more upgrades to our older home

    All house windows

    So we just finally had a moment to leave a review. We got the work done about a month ago and we did our entire house, all the windows and all the doors were replaced. It took FOREVER but the work is now done. There were some minor issues like ripped screens and some minor things which were taken care of in a timely manner. We are still waiting on a replacement glass for one of the doors, but Panorama already called us with a date for when that is expected to come in. We are very pleased with the overall experience regardless of the long wait - we understand it isn’t these guys’ fault, it seems to be an all-around problem right now. We sincerely appreciate your professionalism and your ability to resolve problems as they come up. Panorama team is truly proud of their product and they take pride in regards to the installations as well. We really value this aspect of their process, and we will certainly recommend them to our friends and family.

    4 WINDOWS REPLACEMENT

    Panorama windows and doors accommodate us with some new openings, a couple for them were made to be bigger. We love the new look of our home, it is light and warm and cozy! We waited a very long time for the work to be done, but we are grateful everything was finished before the years’ end. Thanks for your hard work and follow ups during this lengthy process

    Bay window

    I was having problems with my bay window and I called Panorama window and door. The customer service was awesome, I got a quick appointment and the repair was amazing! My windows are working properly now and I am truly grateful for this company.

    4 windows

    We had the last 4 windows that needed to be upgraded, and we were very happy with the care they took to install. One of the company officials came by a couple of days later to check on the work and if we were satisfied. I have not got any photos of our new triple Low E /Argon windows, but everyone should do the upgrade to save all the heat loss from the double pane.!

    windows

    This was a great experience from beginning to end. Joe my sales rep was very professional and asked all the right questions to determine our needs. He followed up regularly but was not pushy in any way. As for post sales he even reached out during the installation process to make sure all was going according to plan. The install crew led by Igor were some of the hardest working contractors I have seen. They were friendly, clean and went the extra mile to accommodate any request or question. Igor really is an expert and knows his trade. Special shout out to Andy for a lot the trim and finishing work. I would highly recommend this crew for your project. Thanks Panorama windows and doors for the great service.

    ALL WINDOWS AND 2 DOORS (FRONT AND SIDE)

    We've used this company twice now, purchasing windows for our full house along with a terrace door. On both occasions have been extremely happy with the quality product and price point. Items where manufactured here in GTA which adds confidence in the product as well supporting a local business. The staff were super helpful with our window design and went above and beyond to get us exactly what we wanted. I must say we're very pleased with both product and customer service and would highly recommend using this company.

    Bay window and door

    I purchased a front door and one bay window in the beginning of July. I was told that painted windows took an extra long time to manufacture, thankfully I needed white windows to match the rest. The installation took place a couple of weeks ago, which was a tad earlier than I anticipated after being informed of the possible delays. I am glad this work was done as I have a baby due very soon, and I am glad we can welcome our baby in a draft-free home. Thanks for making it happen panorama, we truly appreciate the work that was done. Beautiful job, hard working installers, and Otto’s professionalism - all worth the wait

    Door and WINDOWS

    I am very pleased with the quality of the window and two doors that we ordered. The installation team was professional and cleaned up afterwards. We had a few minor issues with the initial installation, which Panorama windows and doors fixed promptly. I would give 5 stars for the product and quality of work, but docked one star because of poor communication in getting information and updates from the sales and scheduling groups.
