Saw the company at a Home reno show. Decided to call and see....The sales rep (Jose) was excellent, explained everything and adjusted to meet my requirements, and posed alternatives which were very interesting. The first contract was for the south facing windows, installation was excellent, on time with no issues. The change was remarkable, so we went with the rest of the house and added a storm door. All was on time, comms were excellent, and the second installation was professional and seems perfect. Highly recommended!

Friendly salesman (Igor). Very professional & friendly installation team (Andre). Delivery of the door was within the agreed to timeframe. Installation team was on time (8:00 am). They were fast. Job took some 3.5 hours. They left the house (inside & outside) clean. I recommend both the salesman & the installation team. When next year I will change my windows I will definitely go with them

Had 7 triple glazed window openings, 2 exterior doors and 2 storm doors installed by Big City Window and Doors recently. For a number of years we were thinking of the porch enclosure mainly to avoid the snow at our front door during the winter. Last fall we had a few companies and decided to go with the Big City Windows and Doors. It was not just about pricing but also the initial appointment and proposal. Max had material to show and heard our thoughts and needs. The work was done in February this year and required a few small touch ups done yesterday. The customer service is the best one. Mary did not just listen, she heard our concerns and tried to put herself in our place making sure we felt looked after and happy with the end product. We got so many compliments on the new look of our porch. We wish all companies have the customer service as this one has.

We saw their booth at the home show. They sent a rep out to visit us and showed us a video of the manufacturing process. From initial consultation to installation, everything was exactly the price quoted, which we felt was good value for money. Every member of their team we dealt with was super professional, and we felt that they cared about us as customers. We ultimately had four windows installed, including a replacement octagonal window which turned out fantastic. They even made a recommendation for our kitchen window overlooking our deck that made the kitchen brighter (removing a cross piece), allows for better airflow, and it no longer interferes with our patio umbrella. The best part is the 25 year warranty. While we now have to move for work, it's nice to know the warranty is transferrable so we can use this as a selling point. Definitely would recommend Big City Windows.

The workers did a fine job of removing the old door and disguarding it. They installed a beautiful framed new front door of fine design and made sure the lock fit into position properly. They also made sure that insects couldnt get through the entrance. It didnt take them too long seeing that it was March. I am completely satisfied with the door and the. Workmanship of the employees of Big City Windows and Doors Barry Charlebois

For the last 13 years we have had to keep plastic on our living room window. Big City Windows quickly and efficiently installed a brand new Window. It is wonderful to see the view from our front window, and our house is warmer now that there is no air leakage. Thank you Big City Windows!
