    Raccoon removal and chimney sealing

    I contacted gotcha wildlife based on reviews on HomeStars and what a great decision - thank you! Kenneth was super prompt in responding to emails and was very informative. When I requested my appointment they gave me a few different options with reasonably narrow time frames so that I could plan my day. When Kenneth and Lucas arrived they were polite and professional. They found the raccoon and her babies and showed me pictures of the damage to my chimney netting so that I could see what was going on. After explaining to me what they were going to do, they had them removed and my chimney properly sealed up within an hour. It was a great service. I will absolutely contact gotchawildlife again for any animal removal needs. Highly recommend.

    Bird Removal

    I had a problem with birds getting into a couple of vents in my home. Called Ken who gave me an appointment for the following day. He was very patient in answering my questions on what would be done and he also provided a clear quote which was competitive compared to many of the othe companies I had spoken with. Ken and his associate arrived the next day and the work was carried just as he indicated earlier. I know because I observed what was being done. I was so pleased with the quality of the work and the fact that it was guarantd for a full 3 years that on the spot I made the decision to have Ken install protective wire mesh over all the other external vents on my house. My neighbor has the same problem and I will be passing on Ken's business card to him.

    Attic racoon clean up and treatment for mice.

    After having a racoon and her babies removed with another pest control company from our attic we were in despair at the thought of the "clean up"! We luckily found Gotcha wildlife number...called up Ken on a Monday evening and on a Tuesday afternoon our problem was delt with! Super professional, reliable, fast and honest! Our only regret is that we didn't call Ken for the whole job! Highly recommended!

    suspected racoon

    Called Kenneth on Friday since we heard some noise coming from the roof. Ken came in on Saturday, inspected and did not find any animals in the attic, however, installed one way door over a suspected place and closed a suspected hole. Came again after a few days, removed the door and finished the area. Great work, very knowledgeable and explained the entire process. A real Pro. If I was to suggest something, I would say that he should carry Booties to wear over his shoes when entering the house. Work wise 10/10

    Determined raccoon thwarted

    Heard nasty sounds last night, turns out it was a determined raccoon trying to burrow in by peeling back our aluminum siding. Woke up in the morning to find insulation scattered across the roof. Insert heavy sighs: it's springtime in Markham. Called Ken, he was upfront with costs and potential issues; he was in the area and came by within a couple of hours. Disaster averted: raccoon never made it in, and Ken stuffed back the insulation and fixed the gap to thwart the little bugger should he try it again. Can't say enough good things about Ken, and we'll be sure to call him again.

    Cat removal

    I was giving up my cat to a friend but he had major issues with the cat carrier. After several failed attempts and some fantastic scratches later I finally decided to call in the experts. After call around a few different services I finally settled on Gotcha for a number if reasons. He, Ken, got back to ASAP, he was reasonable, came at very short notice on Easter weekend and when he arrived he was in and out in less than 15 mins. He saw that my cat was very distressed and even spent time with him to calm him down before putting him in the carrier. Extremely professional, prompt and helpful. It was money well spent and u wouldn't hesitate to reccommend this service or call them again if ever I needed to.

    Raccoon removal and future prevention

    We heard a scratching and what sounded like a bigger animal in our attic on Friday night. Gotcha Wildlife was able to fit us in at noon on Saturday in the middle of an already busy schedule. Kenneth was very professional, described the work to be done and the cost, which were very reasonable. He inspected our entire roof and found and documented the point of entry. Then he was able to get the raccoon out and add wiring to the rest of our roof vents quite expeditiously. The work is guaranteed so we're very happy with the service, you can't go wrong with Gotcha.

    pesky squirrels

    Couldn't ask for better service. Very happy I chose this company to take care of my squirrel issues and will definitely not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends!

    Skunks under Shed

    Purchased a new House in Dec, Found out we had skunks living under our shed... Called Ken, was very professional, and showed up in a timely manner...Ken always showed up with a smile on his face... Four trips and three traps later, 2-skunks, and 1 possum(the neighbour is happy). Throughout the whole process, Ken was fantastic, and extremely professional...I will only call him in the future if I every have anymore problems...Highly recommend calling Gotcha Wildlife...

    Removed birds nest from Bathroom Vent

    Kenneth from Gotcha was fantastic! We had Starlings living in our bathroom vent. He checked the vent thoroughly, treated it and patched it up. Problem solved! Kenneth was very professional and provided great information about the current problem, what to expect as the birds find they can no longer access the vent, as well as how to avoid it in the future. Kenneth was fantastic to deal with and I would 100% recommend Gotcha.
