Historic home. Large and high. Unbelievable resistant problems with squirrels. Many costly disappointments with other service providers while animals made more damage. Gotchawildlife (Kenneth Gray) "immediately" identified our current problems, came with the knowledge, equipment and materials to fix the situation. He is smart and professional. He advised on solutions, damage, animal behaviour. He will come back to followup with preventative work to help us stay out of trouble. We are with him for life. Fantastic!!!!!!!Very grateful.

As home owners in a new sub-division, we were so excited to finally have a fenced yard with a deck. What we didn't plan for was the skunk who was equally excited to have a litter underneath it :( After calling several wildlife removal companies we went with Kenneth based on his willingness to walk us through the options available and his patience (we called him at 8 pm on a Friday night). His services are well priced, and he is great to deal with. We've used Kenneth on two separate occasions. As much as I hope I never have to deal with a skunk again - he'll definitely be on speed dial if we do...I would highly recommend Kenneth.

Had raccoon problem. Ken reviewed the issue with me and gave options. Did a great job. He also helped me deal with squirrels wanting to take up residence. Provided best rates. Highly recommended!

Ken was very accommodating and helpful when I initially called him to discuss the problem. He gave many tips and tried to diagnose my problem without rushing me off the phone - eventhough it was 11pm! When he arrived to service my house he took the time to address problem areas around the house to prevent future occurrences. He performed his duties, but what stood out more was his professional, caring and confident manner, which we appreciated about Ken. I would use and/or recommend Ken highly.

I called Kenneth and booked an appointment regarding my animal problem. He came on time. He inspected the property, specially the roof and told me that it was a raccoon. Fortunately the animal is not in my attic. He fixed the hole in my roof and gave me suggestions on how to prevent them from coming in. I will definitely recommend Kenneth.

I had a mouse problem.. Kenneth came the next day to set traps and help me find openings where they could possibly be entering... He was very nice and helpful... A few months later the mice moved out and rats moved in and even in his busy schedule he came quickly to bait the house and give us info.. He is a great worker and would recommend him to anyone!! Thank you!!

Called on New Years Day and Ken responded to my call and came the next day. He inspected our roof and installed one-way trap door. He indicated that we may have a pair of raccoons living between the wall on the top roof. Ken was extremely professional and his work was excellent. He always answer his calls and do his follow-up as promised. We are extremely happy with his work and would highly recommend this company to all family and friends. The cost included installation of 30-foot flashing to prevent raccoons from tearing into the roofing again.

We had been kept awake by a racoon chewing up our attic for a few nights, when i emailed Gotcha they were quick to respond and quick to set up an appointment. Kenneth came out for our service call, very professional and polite. he sealed up our openings and told us any problems give him a call. We haven't heard a thing since and get to sleep again!

I had a skunk to try and make a home of my shed for the winter. I called Ken. Ken was professional from the start. He came on the day and the time he stated. He provided his cost upfront. The level of work he provided is high quality. In the end, he placed wiring all around the foundation and we trapped him in a humane cage that Ken provided. Highly recommend Ken for your pest control needs.
