I just had windows install by these guys and let me tell you I'm glad I did, the service was great and so is the quality of the products we ordered. We are loving our new windows and although we were told it could take 6 to 8 weeks before we could be contacted for the install it only took 3 weeks from the date of order. The sales man is a great guy with a lot of window service experience. Robert, the installation manager, was very helpful. The installation crew did a phenomenal, tight, neat and efficiently quick install. I couldn't have asked for a more satisfying experience. Thank you all!!

Windowrama is such a great company to deal with. We called them on the advice of our neighbors who used them about a year ago. Back then we had a chance to come over and look at their work literally in action. We liked what we saw, and our neighbors also gave them a great review. We had most of our windows replaced and everything went smoothly. Ask for Paul or Andre (we had a pleasure to deal with them both and they are just amazing) Thank you Windowrama.

From phone call to payment it was a pleasure! They are great to work with, show up when they say, and something many contractors don't do (clean up after themselves). Paul was helpful on the phone and was available for my many, many questions. I have recommended them to others who have in turn passed on the good word. Thats the best compliment!!

The company's rep came right on time to evaluate the job, and give us the estimate. He was professional. The estimate was done in great detail at no charge. We agreed on the price and the time of the job. It was set up and started exactly when promised. The job was done right. No delays and has very professional manner.

SO we had Windowrama do our windows and doors actually back in May, but we just didn't have time to leave a review. They are truly great to work with. They offer great pricing and the product line is bigger then 4 other companies that we spoke with. We dealt with the owner Paul which was nice, because we knew we would be taken care off. 6 months later and the windows look and function great. We already see the difference on our heating.

Not much to say here, these guys are top notch. I found them on Google, got quotes (from others also off Google) and gave them the go ahead. (Andre and Paul) I chose them on the basis of both cost and caring. The price as compared to others was excellent. I felt these guys really cared about what they do and that proved correct. From calling them, meeting them to discuss the job and negotiating the details, along with after the job was done, they followed through and were professional, polite, on time, kept to our arrangement and the workmanship was 10 Stars and looked great. It took about 5 weeks before the job could get done because the windows were not available from the manufacturer. On the day, Andre and Steve, the crew assigned, came in & did the work. Six windows took one day. In my case I had one window that I suspected had water damaged wood around it and that proved correct. Windowrama were ready to replace it but my neighbor (at my request) who is a contractor came around and fixed it while the guys installed the other windows... Everything was done neatly in a very timely fashion.

On the day of installation the crew arrived bright & early. Their team is fantastic....very proficient, neat and polite. The windows were finished in one day & the doors were in place (awaiting inspection). After inspection, a couple of days later the Windowrama crew and owner came out to do the finishing touches. The windows & doors are just beautiful; we are so happy....what a wonderful enhancement to our home.

We had quotes from several companies to do this job for us. We wanted French Doors and replacement of all of our windows with triple pane glass. When Andre came to the house he brought with him samples of the glass, the tint, etc. He spoke as a professional not as a sales person and answered each of our questions. We were given a date when the material would be available and when the job would be completed. The crew showed up on the day they said they would with the tools, the covers to protect my floors, my furniture, TV and computers. Andre, Eric, and Steve were there at 8:00 a.m. They told me where they would start and went to work immediately. They were very professional, personable, caring for my home and for my concerns as I saw them taking out my doors and windows. They work well as a team every day and completed the job on time. What a beautiful job. Yes, I would hire them again, I felt they did a good job of cleaning as they worked. There is a certain amount of dust that is unavoidable when taking out the old and putting in the new but I was happy with how well they cleaned and protected my home.

Paul was the first one I called to get an estimate for replacing a sliding door with the French door with impact glass. He also gave me an estimate to replace all windows with impact glass, but I didn't have the budget to do everything. My main concern was matching the French door to another one in the same room, and Paul said he can order exactly same one. His price for that door came out to be the best. When he came to re-measure I found out why - Andre made a mistake taking initial measurements, but he still honoured the price he originally gave me. So I signed a contract with him. The door was delivered a few weeks later as promised. Andre handled everything very well including the inspection. After the installation there were a few minor issues which he addressed. He even addressed an issue with my old door and explained to me the details behind the locking mechanism. I can't complain - I got the door that I wanted for the best price.

This is the first time I've had any major renovations done on my home. I was very nervous. After getting a few estimates, I chose WR for many reasons. First, they gave the most reasonable price. Second, they answered all of my questions in a timely manner via phone or email. Third, they were very friendly and professional. Andre was very helpful when he came to give me a quote. He answered all of my questions. The workers that came to install the windows were on time both days. They were very nice and very efficient. They worked quickly and took very few (if any) breaks. They also were respectful of my floors and furniture as they worked. There were a few scuffs on my laminate floors, but I know they tried to be as "kind" to the floors as their work would allow. And most importantly...my windows look FANTASTIC! I couldn't be happier with the end result!
