Salesman was great, knowledgable but not at all pushy. Installation went exactly as scheduled and completed the job in a single day. Lead free removal took some paint off interior walls but was well advised of this in advance. Installation staff was on time and courteous. New windows look and work very good. All exterior debris removed and did a good job cleaning up inside near the new windows. Caulking around windows was done accurately, all in all a very good job and I would recommend them.

We were very impressed with our sales person from the beginning. He was a very no pressure, just the facts type of sales person which was very refreshing after having consulted with other high pressure contractors. It took approximately 5 weeks from the date of contract until installation. There were a few hiccups on the day of install which the guys took care of immediately on the spot, in all I am very satisfied with Windowrama and would recommend them. I feel that the installer did a very good job, took his time, took pride in his work, was professional, and cleaned up after himself. Again, despite the mix-ups I am overall very pleased with service I received from Windowrama.

They completed the installation in one day with 3 people. The old windows were harder to remove than they expected, but no real issues. They did a walk-through with me at the end to be sure everything was satisfactory, but both of us forgot to check the laundry room where that window did not get calked on the inside. I had to call them back out and they took care of it within 2 days. They cleaned up everything, were very polite and professional. The hardest part for us was removing all the blinds, brackets, and window treatments before the install, however 2 of their guys helped us with that.

The install went well. A crew of 3 guys. Took about 5 hours to get 9 windows in . Good pace , house wasn't open to the elements for too long. The fishing (chaulking and flashing0 took longer than expected but that was mainly due to weather. Installed on a Friday, left two windows unfinished until Tuesday (they told me at the end of the day Friday they would come back to finish on Saturday, and they finished both of them on Saturday). Very professional job. They cleaned adequately inside the house , did not leave any finger/hand prints on the window frames. Outside they also cleaned everything neatly.

It was a simple job of replacing a steel door with a fiberglass one. The price was right but their service is terrible. The installation very was deficient, uneven caulking with very dark color instead of blending with the color of the door. New lock has never worked properly. The worst part is that WindowRama do not respond, take calls or follow up. They took the cash and run. Warranty is nonexistent because if you pay cash they don't issue a receipt so they do not back their labor or products (RUSCAN DOORS) They know how unprofessional they are and how substandard product and labour they have but nevertheless they are still in business, I wonder why.

They have provided excellent service from the day i have booked my free consultation. I had seen their instagram page and had directly messaged them, they replied in less than a day and booked me in for an appointment. The representative was amazing and had given an amazing price on all the products that i liked. The installation was done on time and the team had left my house clean and looking better then before. i am so happy i chose them, because the recreated my home just as promised.

We liked the product. Windowrama guys were very professional and fine. I would recommend them. There was one window that was a little off the track after they left and they tried to talk me though it but he came right back and fixed it. So they were prompt to the small issue that we had and we liked the windows.

We had an excellent experience with Windowrama. We had met with another siding company and their quote was almost double what Windowrama quoted us. The cost didn't change when they uncovered rotted wood or for any other extras that other contractors would have charged us for. Both the door/window installers showed up on time every day. I was impressed that the installers worked 8-10 hours each day. They cleaned up after themselves every day and finished the job pretty much on time. The work ethic with this company is unparalleled. Communication was great from the consult with Andre, during the job with Vlad, and any questions with Kathy along the way.

It went exactly as you would want any transaction to go! Upon setting up the appointments, Andre was responsive, prompt, and friendly. Sent out all of the documents by email and we had a great paper trail. Updates on the status of the window order were also punctual and kept me in the loop of the status of everything going on. Finally, on installation day, Vald & Kevin were polite and clearly knew what they were doing. They were on time. They handled the job with great care and made sure everything was done correctly. Andre, the owner, came by to check on how things were going very shortly after they began to replace the windows and was present to make sure everything was going as expected. Overall, a job well done all around. Highly recommend Andre and Windowrama!

Outstanding service from start to finish. Paul was quick to follow up with all questions- I had quite a few and he was very patient and helpful. There was a bit of a backlog to schedule the appointment, but not too long. They were flexible in working with my schedule and got everything done in one day- including a great job cleaning up. Everyone involved in the process was courteous and helpful. And I love the new windows! Completely happy with this company and would strongly recommend them.
