He was very responsive to all my questions and concerns as I bombarded him with emails and phone calls. His professionalism and more importantly patience was above and beyond expectation. I got a quote to have 7 windows replaced in our home. It was an educational and pleasurable experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting windows without the stress of having a salesperson in your home.

Paul B. and his hardworking crew were true professionals from the very beginning. Paul was very responsive to our first inquiry with excellent follow up throughout the entire process. The crew was on time in the morning and finished by end of the afternoon. They paid attention to detail and did a great job cleaning up at the end of the day. They were also very respectful of our home. Paul made sure he dropped by during the install to make sure everything was running smoothly. We would definitely recommend them. Our home was much warmer and energy efficient during this cold and snowy winter of 2018.

We just got a new house and 9 windows needed replacing. Paul did a great job and was very responsive to all the questions that I had in the e-mails I sent to him. I sent many e-mails and he was very quick with his replies. They ordered the windows and they came in very quick for the installation. The install person named Vlad with another Paul also did a great job. The windows were installed professionally with no mess. We are very satisfied and would call them again for any future work and would recommend them to others.

Our experience was very similar to that of other Windowrama customers. Andre is remarkably responsive, professional, and straightforward. His crew came at exactly the time they promised, did excellent work, thoroughly cleaned-up after they finished, and Andre came by to inspect the job as it concluded. The work was incredibly efficient, clean, and professionally done. There was surprisingly little disturbance from the work which was performed while my tenants were there. Everything was done as promised, and they were far superior in their business dealings, no pressure, and total honesty compared to anyone else I contacted.

Windowrama installed seven windows in my home with energy efficient replacements. Everything went very smoothly and professionally. They left the premises in tidy order and were very pleasant to deal with overall. Two of the windows to be replaced had custom venetian blinds already installed and I was concerned they might not fit the new window space, but I was assured that they would. The only glitch along the way was that the blinds were not rehung before they left. At first I thought, no problem--I'll do it myself, but I had considerable difficulty and the wrong tools for the job. I got in touch with Vlad, the project manager, and explained my predicament. Without hesitation he said he would come back on site and rehang them himself. And he was going to do this on a Sunday! In the end, he came in for less then 2 hours and everything was done properly. His can-do attitude and his focus on customer service and satisfaction was impressive. This attention to detail and respect for the customer's concerns characterized my entire experience with Windowrama, and this is largely due to Vlad’s exceptional service and responsiveness.

They were recommended to me by a friend. Also they had competitive prices, and they windows come in on time as they had promised. Also WindowRama was flexible with the time of installation. They worked around our schedule. Since, it was in the winter they kept the window areas sealed, so our heating bill didn't rise. Very caring and professional team of people.

Look no further, this is the company you want to work with. Paul, who came out to give me a quote on new windows and a door, was extremely professional, prompt, and easy to work with. Throughout the whole project there was a constant line of communication, which is key when you are trying to renovate. Igor, who installed our door, is a pro. He was accommodating in my request to keep our storm door and was both quick and efficient. The quality of work from Windowrama is top notch and I will not hesitate to call them back again.

They confirmed the install date one business day before the scheduled installed and came at the time they said they would. They managed to squeeze a truck and a huge work trailer into a small driveway space and still left room for street traffic to get by. The install was completed in a few hours, with the business owner putting in a personal appearance to check that everything was satisfactory. We no longer need to search for window installers. All we need to do is contact Windowrama whenever we need new windows.

We hired Windowrama to install replacement windows and insulation in our home. We went through the Green ON program and the office staff was very helpful in navigating the process and paperwork. The initial visit with the window salesman, Andre, went great. The measurements were done in a timely fashion. The window installation was delayed a bit as they had a large commercial job they were held up on. However, our windows were installed early enough in the season for us to get the benefit of the energy efficiency. The workers who installed the windows did a great job, despite our old home with its quirks and levelling challenges. They replaced some rotted wood in some of the window frames. The insulation crew was terrific as well. We have an old home with soft horsehair plaster walls and they took great care to blow in the insulation without damaging the walls. The crew offered to install our bathroom fan vent in the attic, which we had been meaning to do ourselves but hadn't, at a very reasonable cost. It was great to let them take care of it. A cover for the attic door and some insulation in the basement was not included on the Green ON paperwork, and Andre made sure it was added without extra cost to us. They did need an additional day beyond their original estimate because some workers were pulled from our job to another. They were able to work with our schedule to finish the last day's work. Both crews arrived on time each day, were very professional and respectful, kept us informed of their progress, and were as clean as they could be given the messy work they had to do. We noticed a difference in the temperature of our home immediately. We recommend them highly and would use them again.
