    Service to tankless hot water heater

    Our water heater was working sporadically, so of course it was working when the tech showed up. But we showed him video of the digital display malfunctioning and showing a high temperature when nothing but cold water came out of our taps. His response? "That's weird." Naturally, the problem continues. After contacting the manufacturer and asking them what might be wrong with the water heater, I contacted Thermo Cool again. They refuse to provide any pricing break, despite the fact that they clearly provided unsatisfactory service the first time around because "There's no warranty." Needless to say, I'll be finding another company to fix my water heater.

    Temporary correction of heat pump AC problem and follow-up completion of work project by Phil - both visits.

    Very pleased! Phil was very competent, polite, and on time. The office people were also helpful. Much appreciated.

    AC

    I didn't have any problems with the work, the person who came knew what he was doing, although he received 3 phone calls during his time working. The issue I had was when I did the call service. I called on Wednesday to book the service to the next day Thursday, I don't feel it was necessary to call me back the same Wednesday in the afternoon to confirm the service, but they did and I missed the call. Since I didn't confirm, you changed the booking until Friday. When you called me on Thursday to confirm the service to Friday, the person told me that the original call was on Monday. and that was not accurate at all.

    Hvac

    Very friendly, professional, and thorough. When he discovered that the issue was most likely with the building and not my unit, he re-tested for assurance, communicated with my building management, and ensured the description on my receipt clearly articulated the issue

    No air condition, no cooling

    Very prompt service,within two days. Phil was great in finding the problem and fixing the heat pump so that we could get A.C. again. Shane was great as well in finding the noise coming from the unit. Both tech guys were superb. Place was left very clean. Great work, I gave them an applause when they were done ,they really deserve it. A pleasure to deal with Thermo Cool. I am a very happy,satisfied customer. Would definitely recommend them.     HVAC repair - condo unit Armstrong MagicPak

    My A/C was not cooling at the start of summer. The previous service company I had dealt with had been acquired by Atlas who do not deal with condos. After contacting Enercare and Reliance, both of whom wanted me to sign up for a maintenance plan before scheduling an appointment, and then eventually both told me they don’t service condos and/or this type of unit, I found Thermo Cool Mechanical online and contacted them. They specialize in condos and were familiar with this type of unit. The technicians were professional, knowledgeable - the heat pump unit was removed to their site, tested, repaired, retested and reinstalled much to my relief. Communication from Pina in the office was detailed and timely every step of the way.

    Bi-annual HVAC maintenance

    Excellent work. Arrived on time, explained work being done and gave advise on keeping the unit in good shape.

    magic pak A/C service and cleaning

    The unit was removed and cleaned, filter replaced and out back. The technician was polite, knowledgeable and I would recommend them.
