    Air conditioner unit maintenance

    Work was completed exactly as outlined, technician was knowledgeable and professional and arrived as scheduled. The service department kept me informed of the technician’s ETA. Very happy with the service provided.

    Installation of new heat pump

    Alex did a very good job. Fast and efficient. Did a good job of explaining cause of failure and options for repair/replacement. Explained operation of the new unit well. Left jobsite in good condition.

    HVAC maintenance by Jamie

    HVAC was making a humming sound and was not heating the room. After replacing a relay box, the unit was functioning properly

    Heater in living room not operating

    The work required was to repair the non working heating unit in the living room. This work was carried out with efficiency and no mess We have used your company twice since moving to this condo. The work always efficiently carried out. We would use your company again.

    Heat Pump

    This is the third time a capacitor has been replaced since the unit was installed in 2013 - it goes every two years (almost exactly). It seem right to be paying over $300 every two years for the equipment you sold us.

It important to understand that your heat pump unit is operating 24/7, 365 days a year, in both heating and cooling. So it is not uncommon for consumable parts to fail from time to time.     convenient

    I had gone to YELP searching for a cheap service. My HVAC wasn't working in the coldest days of this winter (January 2019). I booked a guy in YELP and he did not show up. Can you imagine! in this cold...so I called Thermo Cool because that's the one our condo management recommends and they showed up on time, they call one hour before showing up and they serviced the HVAC....all good.

    Repairs to Heating System.

    Parts of the Heat Pump needed replacing. It took 2 visits but is now working really well so I am very pleased. For some reason however the humidistat is off. I just switched it on and hope it is working. I have no idea who switched it off and it should have been switched on during the fall inspection.
