    New compressor for condo and new capacitor for another unit

    Technicians were thorough, efficient, tidy and did a terrific job. Very friendly office people also.

    Condo Fan Coil & ERV repair

    Alex came when he was promised, and had the experience to understand the problem quickly, and went straight to the fix, that did not require parts - just smarts. He was such a pleasant young man who is proud, and rightly so, of his trade. BRAVO !!

    Thermostat Fix -604-2 Fieldway

    Home heating

    The two thermostats in our apartment were not working properly and I phoned Thermocool and the sent in a technician on the day I requested.The technician was very profewssional and tested the two thermostats and confirmed that they were not working properly and so replaced them all in a little over an hour.The bill was exactly what the technician said it would be.I was very satisfied with their service.

    Third good experience in 2 years.

    Our rental condo tenant called stating that one of the two HVAC unit was not working. I was expecting a major repair as the management has been promoting replacing the units in the building built in 2004. I did not bite. Alex found a simple problem with air block in the pipe which he solved in a very short time. He also reassured me the main unit is not in need of replacement yet.

    Recommend

    I used the emergency service on Christmas Eve, so it was expensive! The tech was polite, professional and explained what he was doing. He got things fixed without making me feel like he was taking advantage or doing unnecessary work.

    Heat Pump broke down long before expected life

    Heat pump broke down. Service individual, Alex and follow up with Mario we’re both excellent. My problem is my heat pump needed a $3,000 repair after being installed new by Thermo-Cool 5 or 6 years ago. Great service not so great equipment.

However, when a unit is outside the 5-year warranty period it is difficult to claim the warranty.     condo unit heating repair

    The service call was scheduled quickly and the service technician is good. He gives very detailed report. Service fee charged by the company, however, is very pricey.

    Condo repair

    No hot water or heat is an issue in winter, Jamie arrived from Thermo Cool, found the problem, had the part in his truck and repaired within a few hours. Clean, respectful and well mannered…will certainly call them again when needed.

    Heat pump

    Efficient response to my call. Staff called to tell me when he would be arriving. Work was carried out quickly, neatly and quietly.
