    Small Ensuite Bathroom Renovation

    After a few years of wanting to update my ensuite bathroom, I finally did it. Thanks to Ronnie and Mo who were were able to convert my bathroom reno "ideas" into a great-looking bathroom. While I picked out and paid for the visible materials (tiles, vanity, toilet, faucets, shower door, etc.) to create the design I wanted, they did all of the work and took care of problems that were found along the way (i.e.: water damaged wooden floor from previous leaking toilet). They were patient with me as I will admit that I changed my mind a few times along the way. They also helped me make appropriate design decisions if my ideas were not to code. From beginning to end, it took them 9 working days to turn my 80s boring tub/shower bathroom into a sharp, eye-catching stand-up shower bathroom. Thank you Ronnie and Mo.

    Front door upgrade

    Moe and Ronny have worked on other projects for us before with great results, and they continued to do so this time. We wanted an old enclosure removed and considered replacing the front door. As usual they provided a thorough assessment beforehand. They suggested we keep the door and recondition it (sanding, painting, new lock and knob). They have saved us a lot of money in the past with suggestions like this. It took one day to finish the job and the door looks brand new. Front entry area now looks much more spacious and modern. Front door is aligned well with no draft and open/closes smoothly Before and after pictures below.

    Basement renovation

    The area of the basement that was finished is approx. 1000Sq. Ft. We decided to add a 3 piece bathroom, an exercise area, a home theater, and a space which could be used for sleeping or a home office. Mo and Ronnie did an excellent job in translating a concept of what it could be to a finished basement with a high degree of quality workmanship. The workers were professional and delivered quality in all areas. Milestones and deliverables were met according to plan and overall I would certainly recommend York General Contractor for any of your future projects.

    Basement finishing

    Ronnie and Mo did a great job on the basement finishing. We had communications issues, but they were very thoughtful and all the addressed all the issues. Project was completed with minor delay because tile delivery. I recommend them and would hire them for future projects.

    Kitchen Magic Corner and Drawers

    Ronnie and Mo were incredibly responsive and patient with the many questions I had. I felt very informed and did not feel any pressure during the decision making process. When an issue came up after the installation, Ronnie and Mo did not hesitate to come back the same day to help. Wonderful customer service!

    Relocate Interior Doors

    We needed to remove an extra door into our washroom and relocate a bedroom door to create a better living room area. Ronnie & Mo showed up on time and were very efficient in getting the job done. Everything was very quick and the spaces look much better and bigger!!

    Kitchen cupboard installations

    I didn’t know this was the company asking for a review. They go by two names I guess? I’ve been trying to get them back to fix misaligned drawers which are not installed and Thur not working properly- I haven’t heard back anymore and got someone else to fix the job. I have more work but will be calling elsewhere for hire.

    Bathroom reno

    Ronnie and Mo delivered as advertised. They started on schedule...and finished ahead of schedule! They installed a new bathtub, shower tiles, a new floor and bath/shower fixtures. Their price was very fair and we're happy with the end result. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. (Attached photo does not reflect freshly painted walls that I decided to do myself or a new glass tub door (still to come).

    Kitchen refresh

    My mother had her kitchen cupboards repainted and the kitchen floor replace. Ronnie and Mo were GREAT. Did a wonderful job, price was reasonable and did a few extras on the fly. On time and on budget. Needless to say my mother is really happy. Thanks guys. Would definitely use you again

    Basement room renovation

    My basement room was 300+ sq ft and looked more like a 1960's rec room. York Contractors removed the paneling and acoustic ceiling and replaced both with dry wall. The lighting was replaced by 18 LED pot lights. The workers showed up on time and were polite. They listened to what my requirements were. I would have liked to have the area swept clean each evening and I would have preferred a little less damage to the outside hallway. Both items have since been corrected
