Ryan was very prompt with replies in all forms of communication, and he came to the house a couple of times for quotes prior to commencing the work. He was flexible with our design and work when our circumstances changed. The work completed by Ryan and team was really great and we love our new landscaping. Completed in a quick timeline. Ryan is a genuine guy, and we would highly recommend.

I highly recommend this contractor for new lawn/ trees/shrubs to be installed. Ryan didn't hesitate to come to our home and discuss our project a few times ahead of its start while some contractors would charge a fee to do so even for a visit. He and his crew were effective, fast and professional. Follow- up visits were done as well. Two months after having our front yard redone we are pleased with our choice of hiring him and with the results. Thank you, Ryan!

I hired Ryan from New Look Landscapes to build a new fence and plant trees/shrubs. He did a perfect job and was extremely personable! I would highly recommend him for any Landscaping work!!

New Look did a wonderful job in rejuvenating an old patio, on time , on budget and knowledgeable people! They used existing material when appropriate/applicable to keep cost down which I greatly appreciated, patio looks great and cleaned up the site after themselves, I think better than they found it!!

Ryan, with New Look Landscapes, came to do our Phase 1 backyard landscaping project and we could not be more pleased and blown away with the delivery of the side yard rock/step slabs, patio, fire pit and sod installations. Along with his hired hand Aiden, I have never trusted a company right from the first day in which the walk through and quote was determined, which led to no hesitation in hiring Ryan's company. He followed through with these qualities to a finished project that we think was completed perfectly. The workmanship, respect, integrity, creative ideas/recommendations for final decisions to fit our space, attention to detail to suit our picky needs were presented clearly each day they were here. They were always early to get the day going, had everything done in a very timely fashion and were always beyond kind and caring from start to finish. Ryan had exceeded our expectations and we will mostly definitely be using his company for phase 2 next season... along with our neighbour who had seen our patio and can't wait to transform their back space as well. Truly fortunate to have had New Look Landscapes to get the job done right, with no question and we couldn't be happier. Thanks Ryan and Aiden!

Our yard was in need of an overhaul to make it more functional and aesthetically pleasing. Ryan did not disappoint - even completed our project ahead of schedule. We had an older stone patio torn out, and a new larger one reinstalled. Also had 2 new flowerbeds with a rock border installed, and new sod. It turned out as good as we had hoped! He suggested some great ideas, worked diligently always explaining each step as he went along. He was enjoyable to work with, always having a sunny disposition. Thank you Ryan!

Did a great job. Looked awesome. Took only a few days on site with a small team of courteous and friendly employees. Did exactly what I wanted. Didn't go over the top. Too many companies tried to oversell more than I needed/wanted. Best price too.

We asked New Look to come and build a patio and new path, after removing all of the poured concrete paths (likely dating back to the 50s) in our yard. Ryan was quick to respond, came around to get more info and review the plan we provided, and gave us a very reasonable and well-explained estimate. He was also great at letting us know schedule throughout the project, which we really appreciated. We have never seen such a clean and tidy worksite, considering that so much dirt was moved/removed - it was always neat and clean, and Ryan was quick to haul away garbage and keep the site clear. We are so happy with the result - a beautiful new patio with some cool design features from Ryan, and exactly what we had asked for with the new pathway. We can't recommend New Look highly enough - they were quick, accurate, and tidy, and Ryan is a super nice person to work with.
